I really wanted to like this...unfortunately it was the worse experience! Took 1:10 minutes to get 1 sandwhich and 1/2 chicken! The chicken was DRY and TASTELESS. They should have stopped taking orders half way....thats what happens when you are greedy but you also lose customers! The sandwhich was OK....they have to improve their process or else they will close fast. Laval is a super competitive area with restaurants opening every week.
If you’re looking for authentic, delicious Lebanese food, this place is absolutely worth the visit. The sandwiches were packed with flavor, the meat was fresh and juicy, the hummus was excellent, and even the fries were seasoned perfectly. Everything tasted homemade and prepared with care. One thing people need to understand before leaving a negative review: this restaurant is EXTREMELY busy, especially on weekends and during peak hours. Wait times of 20 to 40 minutes, and sometimes even longer, are completely normal when there’s a lineup out the door. If you can clearly see dozens of people waiting ahead of you, simple math tells you the kitchen can only work so fast. A longer wait does not mean the food is bad. In fact, it’s often the opposite. Great restaurants attract crowds. Judging the quality of the food based solely on wait time isn’t really fair, especially when the volume of customers is obvious from the moment you walk in. The staff worked hard, the food was fantastic, and the restaurant was packed for a reason. Be patient, enjoy the experience, and you’ll understand why so many people keep coming back. The food is great but the service and waiting time is not good at all. They need to hire more stuff and be more organized. Also, offer an option to order online so the food is ready once the customer arrives!
Whats the use off opening a fast food restaurant if the service is extremlly slow I mean even if the food is ok no one will wait 1 hour for a order
We met the owner very friendly guy and he in the us to his other shop Baba Konafa to eat there , we tried his second place next day , we so happy to have this food in this area

The guy doesnt even pick up the phone. I called Saj and they took the time to go to his store to give him the phone and his answer was let them call back. I called 10 times after and no one picked up the phone. I will never ever be their client

Very disappointed with my experience. The service was way too slow, and they got our order wrong. The sandwiches were okay, nothing special. It honestly felt like they put more effort into the packaging and presentation than into the actual taste of the sandwiches. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Amazing experience overall. The service was excellent, the staff was welcoming and attentive, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. The waiting time can be a little long, but it’s absolutely worth it.
