Even the food was ok. Service was poor it took 45 minutes for 4 sandwiches .People who come after they get their food. Plus I paid for something and I didn’t receive it you try to make complain no response.

The chicken not cooking enough need more time to be done should be attention for people health. The price vs value not acceptable. Feel like the staff not professional. Overall test very good put this nothing if food is undercooked.

Very disappointed with the service experience. Reaching the restaurant by phone was extremely difficult, and despite arriving early to pay and place an order for pickup scheduled two hours later, the order was still not prepared on time. Unfortunately, this created an embarrassing situation in front of invited guests. I understand that busy periods happen, but better communication, organization, and overall management would greatly improve the customer experience. Regrettably, after this experience, I will not be ordering again.

We payed 105$ for 5 sandwichs and 3 fries and some drinks. We got the family meal we open the box and there was like 10 pieces of fries they cheap out not worth the money , prices are high and and they don’t fill it up very disappointing heard in Toronto it’s good but not the same in Laval

Very bad experience honestly, the restaurant was very busy which was promising that the food was good, but while waiting in line the owner brought another customer and cut us off, the wait time for food was reasonable but they forgot to add the humus plate even though I asked the guy in charge of distributing order to make sure nothing is missing. Sandwiches were good a bit pricy maybe not worth it for some people and the grilled chicken was dry, definitely not coming back.

I went twice already . The first time I ordered the sandwich signature spicy it was very good and today I tried the semi farouj and to be honest it was k not the best farouj I’ve had. But overall it’s very fresh and tender.
