The worst St-Hubert in the whole province: 1.Can't get order right always missing some items 2.Always take twice the time to be delivered 3. Fries are always disgusting, And It's been like this for that past 10 years nothing has changed since....

My father and I went in to celebrate good news from the hospital, but left disappointed and disgusted. We ordered 2 half chicken meals and were shocked to see it incredibly veiny and borderline raw. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they claimed that was normal. Really disappointed, as both me and my father could barely eat it and felt sick after only a few bites. Couple that with a price of $60, and a uncomfortable and claustrophobic environment and this might be the worst st hubert I've ever visited.

I went to order st.hubert last night. The service was fine, the order was exact. The employees seemed pressured to do the orders fast, handled things the best they could but it all looked sloppy and unprofessional.Food hygene rules need to be reviewed here. The cleanliness was not good. The counter behind the cash had orders everywhere which is normal but there were messes everywhere, fries lying around everywhere, cold and stale, including the floor at the back, there was a hamburger bun and patty lying on the floor in plain sight which I didn't take a picture of because I was too grossed out seeing that, not picked up. There seemed to be no supervisor on the floor to guide the employees and if he or she was there, they didn't bother to clean up the messes. As a client the lack of cleanliness doesn't inspire me to come back. I am a regular client who orders online and I think I'll stick to doing that from now on after that experience.
