Nice hotel, beds were comfortable and linens/pillows were decent. Very nice little spa attached which my family enjoyed. One small irritation which despite me calling and emailing didn't get resolves was that they gave us bath robes and towels for the spa but didn't let us know that the bath robes were $10 each to rent. Would not have rented them (thin and cheap robes) had I known they cost $10 each to rent. Found out about the rental fee when I got my invoice. This is not how hotels should operate. It should be clear what is included and what costs extra. Called and spoke with someone asking for this fee to be reversed as I had never agreed to it and never heard back. Also emailed the hotel and they never called back. This is terrible customer service. Otherwise, fine hotel, decent buffet breakfast.

I am disappointed in this hotel beyond explanation. It's so nasty of them to promote and try to get dog parents in, meanwhile they have customers who are completely against this policy. Let me explain further. We have a miniature dachshund who weighs below 5kg. (just to tell you how small he is) we visited for the first time( and last time!!!) three weeks ago. Upon arrival we signed the waiver which I found super troublesome because they accept dogs but do not tolerate barking... I do get, not accepting loud dogs at night or early morning but they have zero system to check it out. We also have an application on our phone that sends us a msg if our dog barks alot. We left him in the room for 40 min to go to the spa at 5:30 pm and got 10 calls and 3 messages from the hotel in a span of 10 minutes saying that our dog was barking. When I went back to him in the room he was sleeping. So I went to the reception to talk to them and my partner tried to call them to get further details on the complain. Apparently someone maid a complaint but the hotel staff did not even bother to check if this was true or not. They also told us that with the next complain, they will ask to leave the hotel immediately. I just find it to be ridiculous when you spend 300+ a night to be treated this poorly. We spent the entire duration of our stay in the room with our dog being very stressed and anxious and I do not at all recommend this hotel to anyone. ( especially dog parents ) you re better off in AirBnbs which are dog friendly. I would also expect Estrimont to stop promoting and trying to make money out of dog parents. Shame on you and your standards.

We had a FANTASTIC stay at Estrimont. The rooms was clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. Fireplace is a bonus. The breakfast buffet was great - I would highly recommend adding it as an add-on to your stay. They make delicious coffees too. The staff was amazing, everyone seemed happy. The access to to the Nordic baths was awesome, and I can’t say enough of being able to bring our dogs with us, including the baths and lounge. We will 100% be back. Thank you for an phenomenal stay!

I have been here with my husband many times. rooms are nice, clean. fireplace, microwave, little fridge is awesome when you just feel like hanging out and relaxing. Spas are really nice and relaxing. Brunch lots of choices very good. Tomahawk Grill great food. Massage professional and good. When you want to get away and nice place to walk, bring you dog. Relax, having many commodities. Alone are not it's a great place to enjoy!

Overall the place is nice. Lobby is stylish and the pizza at the restaurant was quite good. Outdoor baths, etc were good too. The indoor pool though... Gross. The air was thick with chlorine, which is guess was a good thing considering how cloudy the water was. Why on earth was the water so cloudy??? The room the pool is in was dimly lit and the sides of the pool were slime. Just no excuse for this.

Its one of our tip choices in the area. The rooms are spacious and clean, there is a nice bar and restaurant on site with amazing dishes, and the spa that is our main reason to choose here 🥰

A wonderful place to rest and enjoy !!! The pools, sauna, the bar, the restaurant and the room are amazing!!!! The best, it is pet friendly!!! My husband and I enjoyed so much and our puppy as well!!!

This was our 3rd stay at Estrimont and though we enjoyed our experience, we were awoken by multiple staff members talking extremely loud in the corridor in the morning. We have never experienced this before. The following improvements should be made to the rooms: more hooks to hang robes and towels, and the newly installed showers could seriously use some anti-slip mats as the shower floor is very slippery. We were once again pleased with the outdoor spa facilities, but the cold bath proved a bit tricky to access due to icy steps ( yes we know it's winter ) and ice covered handrails. Perhaps the thick coating of ice along the perimeter of the cold water basin could be brought down to a more reasonable height as it made getting into the tub itself a bit difficult. Otherwise we enjoyed it. To end my review, staff at the front desk were cheerful and polite, as well as the young lady who served our meal in the restaurant. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Unfortunately didn't get room that we expected and paid for ... No kitchen (just a converted front door open closet to accomodate microwave, coffee machine and toaster oven which left nowhere to hang coats!). Beautiful hotel with very nice saunas and Nordic baths (although the yurt was out of heat for a whole afternoon -- despite informing the front desk early on). During our stay, we found some staff very nice while others could have been more helpful and friendlier (in each area reception, restaurant and cleaning staff). The room was not very clean (dust bunnies, dirty dishes in drawer -- was told that service only included changing towels, strengthening bed and adding coffee pods). Spa area was very professional and great service. This hotel is a draw for dog lovers but I don't think that they should be allowed at the Nordic baths area where many patrons walk barefeet. Price for stay was reasonable and the restaurant food was excellent.

Absolutely loved this place. Location was great, rooms were modern and clean. Loved the fireplace in the room with the view of the mountain. Spa was nice as well as the restaurant where the staff warm and friendly. Special shoutout to the receptionist ladies who were so welcoming, will be back soon!!!

We did not stay in the hotel . This is a review for the spa services which were totally falling apart and dirty and also not really hot. The breakfast buffet is great and totally worth it. The indoor pool was nice and great hours just need a huge revamp. Staff is friendly.

We enjoyed the thermal bath facilities, and appreciated the friendliness of the staff and how they accommodated our dog during our stay. We appreciated the space we had in our mezzanine suite but found it cold on the first floor while super hot on the mezzanine. The location of the room was excellent - we had a corner unit on the ground floor that allowed us to take our dog out easily. We appreciated that there were trash bins with bags everywhere. There were also multiple parking lots so you could park close to your room. One thing that could use significant improvement is the fitness room. Warmer lighting, windows to the hall, updated equipment, and better ventilation could give this space a much needed upgrade. While I understand that many go for the spa services, having a more appealing fitness room would entice people to exercise and align with the wellness that the hotel promotes.
