I came here for only three months (lease transfer- planning to extend to 1 year ), and I'm glad I didn't sign a full-year lease. So far, I have experienced a very horrible situations. An unauthorized amount of $1,695 was withdrawn from my account on top of my rent, the amount has nothing to do with my actual rent. I contacted the administration immediately as I had bills to pay. I was able to repeal to someone five days later, where | was told the payment had been reversed and that the funds were not taken.. but my bank records showed otherwise, and I provided proof. I was then told reimbursement would be issued by cheque via Expédit mail, which usually takes 1-2 business days, but no cheque arrived 16 days later. After a week, I followed up again and was told it could take up to three weeks, despite the payment having been taken electronically. They said reimbursement could only be made by cheque, not the same way the payment was taken!!! How come !!!??? I did a multiply follow-ups, deadlines, and I offered to pick up the cheque in person.. all of this did not result in a confirmed reimbursement date. This caused serious financial hardship for my family, particularly during the holiday period. After signing the lease, I was asked for a deposit, which is not permitted under Quebec rental law...... For future tenants: water pressure is very low, appliances are below average, soundproofing between units is poor, and the garbage chute are not working most of the time. Please read all the reviews before making your decision. I also noticed another review where a former tenant reported being charged for a payment after leaving the building. That issue appears to have been resolved, but it suggests that similar billing issues may occur occasionally. I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision before renting here.
Beautiful lights at night for photo shoot ..parking hard to find ..it’s street parking paid ..not much parking spaces here but come late at night for photo op like I did ..best time ..no one is here lol
Security guards always pressing me, the service is horrible. If you’re paying for amenities you should have the right to use them. They’re always limiting and controlling what you do, but really it’s their lack of attentiveness that causes the problems in the first place
