Nice hotel with a pool and hot tub and a burger pub. Close to Mount Orford.

Overall experience is decreasing, what a pity.|The last 3 time I have to stay there I have something to complain.|This week : |1 - Reservation lost by the hotel, I had to wait and argue, demonstrate that my reservation trough the travel agency was valid and accepted.. fortunately the staff after multiple discussions found me a room. Someone was supposed to come back to me about solving the issue.. never.|2 - No soap in the bathroom only shower gel so if you want to wash your hand you need to go in the shower to get.. before I had this soap.. not now|3 - The window was not able to close properly, making my room very noisy each time a vehicle was on the way ... |For 2 & 3 I went to the staff to ask to solve the topics... never.|It is a pity as the hotel is very nice, well located but service is not at the level.|Next time I will try to stay somewhere else.

2026 January 4.5★ Looking for a place to stay near the mountains? This is a great option that's very close by. Room: Chambre Authentique - a bit older, but it's decent. There's the signature side which is newer. Stay: 3 nights There are two areas of the hotel. Authentic/original and the other newer/modern. Common areas include the exercise room, games room, split indoor outdoor pool and jacuzzi. While the pool itself is small if it's only indoor or outdoor, it's an ok size if it's fully opened. The jacuzzi at the time was working, but the jets were unfortunately intermittently working. There were some issues, but management was helpful in addressing the issues and honestly exceeded expectations. For a hotel of this statute, it's what you'd expect. Outdoor and limited indoor parking available. Would recommend. Would come again.
