Upon your arrival, there was indeed some confusion regarding the check-in time (3:00 PM) versus the reception opening time (10:00 AM), which explains why you arrived earlier to take possession of your accommodation. As is common in the hospitality industry, an early check-in fee may apply when it is possible to prepare the unit before the official arrival time. Regarding the thermal experience, the water may sometimes have an orange tint due to the natural presence of iron in our water source. As mentioned on site, the water is tested daily and remains safe for bathing. We also took the time to thoroughly explain how the thermal experience works upon your arrival. In addition, the sauna was started by our team each day during your stay. We noticed that starting and managing the fires did not feel comfortable for you; therefore, we gave special attention to ensure your stay met your expectations. We even kept the reception open later than usual to make sure the sauna was properly heated and ready for you. Lastly, our approach aims to maintain a balance between comfort and an eco-responsible mindset, particularly in our energy management practices. Our intention is never to reduce guest comfort, but rather to preserve resources while still offering a warm and memorable nature getaway.
