We had Madeline as our server during the NHL playoffs, there was a huge crowd but she was absolutely amazing and made our experience 10/10 she was so sweet and would 100% come back just for her!

Vibes were high at monza for playoffs, the drinks came out fast and the food was delicious regardless of how busy it was! I was certainly impressed with our kind waitress madeleine, amazing service. Will come again!!!

I had dinner tonight with a large group of friends at Enoteca Monza. It was lovely, the food was awesome, the ambiance was nice and the personel was very polite and welcoming, especially Alex . I will definitely come back !

Very disappointed in the service and had to leave! I arrived and was seated upstairs. A wait staff brought me water in a dirty glass and gave me the menu. I waited for over 20 minutes for the wait staff or any staff to come by again to take my order. Mind you, the restaurant was almost empty so it was not a busy time. From my seating view, I could see tables that came after me being served. When no wait staff came back to my table, I walked down to front desk to give my order and explain that I was not being served. She took my order and assured me that someone will be with me shortly. I ordered a sangria and pizza and asked for the dessert menu. Another 20+ minutes passed. By this time, I saw tables that came after me finish their dining. A wait staff who has just started their shift eventually came around and asked if I had been attended to. I explained that after given the menu, no one had come and I had to go downstairs to the front desk to give my order. She said she will check in on it. Some minutes later, she returns and tells me she is unable to track my order and I should give my order again. At this point I leave. This is highly unprofessional and unfortunate, especially as I have eaten here and ordered from here prior and enjoyed the food. However, that encounter has made it my last experience with this restaurant.

Nice stop. Very clean and food was good quality. Same with drinks, goid variety if cocktails. The service here is what makes this place good. All cute young girls that are very professional and pleasant.

Wanted a quick lunch before leaving Montreal. Shared the ravioli and arancini with my boyfriend and we both thought it was delicious especially the ravioli !!!
