Today we visited Duc de Lorraine and we absolutely did not like it. We tried two desserts — pear and raspberry. The pear lacked flavor and was completely unremarkable, while the raspberry had some tartness but overall was just okay, nothing impressive. Honestly, everything looks much better than it tastes. And the CUTLERY — just awful. I’ve never seen tableware so scratched anywhere before. It was covered in deep scratches and unpleasant even to touch. It’s honestly embarrassing. Overall, our expectations were much higher than what we actually received.

😋🍳 Brunch vibes! I had an omelette at Duc de Lorraine and it was really tasty, though just a little shy of perfect for 5 stars 💫. The atmosphere is fabulous 🌿🕯️🎶—cozy, elegant, and super inviting ✨🍷. Service was friendly 👌🤵‍♀️. A bit on the pricey side 💸, but definitely worth it for a lovely brunch experience 🥂🍰.

Such a pathetic place to order from uber eats . I ordered from them a chocolate mousse rocher snd i received mousse royale . When i called and confronted them about this they said that the girl who packed the order gave me the exact same cake. But when i said i can come and show them the cake she goes and change her excuse to —“ THEY DONT HAVE THE SAME ROCHER CAKE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME .” So eventually , she goes and says I would ask my manager to call me back . She gave me three different reasons that no where connected with each other . Totally unacceptable because this thing totally ruined someone’s plans!!!!!!!!!! Such an unprofessional attitude of the girl who was talking to me on call . NO ACCOUNTABILITY , NO APOLOGY- JUST A DEMEANING BEHAVIOUR even though they are wrong . Management should look into this . THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST ORDER WITH THEM . I HOPE YOU GET BETTER WITH YOUR STAFF AND YOUR EXCUSES.

Our waiter, Rafaad, was amazing very attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Excellent service and a wonderful start to the day. I’ll definitely be back!”

Charline was very professional and friendly, 10/10 service! Excellent breakfast food, every pastry you can imagine and the coffee is delicious. The price is higher than you’d expect for breakfast but very worth it. Especially worth it with the portion size being great for sharing!

We recently ordered a birthday cake and were very happy with it! Great selection and quality. Irina was very kind and helpful with recommendations. The music in the restaurant was a bit too loud, but overall the experience was excellent.

We came to this place several times cause they served us the wrong cake and we simply wanted a refund and they treated us HORRIBLY, very violent and rude they also pushed my mom and said they are allowed cuz they own the place and called the police for such a small problem.

They sold me a cake under name of Chocolate mousse، but it was completely cream butter not Chocolate mousse, I came back and requested for refund the money, after one week that they promised to call me for refund they told we can not refund anything.

17$ for a coffee and a croissant… a waste. The croissant was too greasy as well. All that you get for your money is a nice bag to carry your croissant. Most people that come here seem to be tourists. A waste of money and a bad experience.

Terrible service and complete chaos. We had a 10:00 p.m. Valentine’s Day reservation but arrived to a long line of guests, all with reservations, waiting with zero communication or organization. After 30 minutes, we were told the restaurant had overbooked and the wait would be even longer. We were eventually seated at the bar around 10:45 p.m. and received no water, no menu, and essentially no service for another 30 minutes. The staff looked extremely stressed and overwhelmed, running around in total disorganization while guests around us left without eating after waiting hours. Drinks took 30 minutes to arrive and were watered down, and a soda I ordered never came.The manager offered no real apology when we complained. We left at 11:30 p.m. without ever eating. For a restaurant charging high prices, the lack of service and poor management was unacceptable. Ruined our Valentine’s Day and we will not be returning.

Actually really disappointed. First got our reservation wrong, then wanted to place our party of 5 at the bar. Then it took hours before we even got our drinks let alone our food, no exaggeration. The restaurant menu was a good size, quality and tasted very nice but the desserts were small especially for their cost and not as special as I expected. I have had a lot of similar desserts of a better size, price and taste in the city and outskirts. The restaurant space was also very very hot. Extremely uncomfortable especially considering I am 8 months pregnant.
