Terrible service and complete chaos. We had a 10:00 p.m. Valentine’s Day reservation but arrived to a long line of guests, all with reservations, waiting with zero communication or organization. After 30 minutes, we were told the restaurant had overbooked and the wait would be even longer. We were eventually seated at the bar around 10:45 p.m. and received no water, no menu, and essentially no service for another 30 minutes. The staff looked extremely stressed and overwhelmed, running around in total disorganization while guests around us left without eating after waiting hours. Drinks took 30 minutes to arrive and were watered down, and a soda I ordered never came.The manager offered no real apology when we complained. We left at 11:30 p.m. without ever eating. For a restaurant charging high prices, the lack of service and poor management was unacceptable. Ruined our Valentine’s Day and we will not be returning.

Actually really disappointed. First got our reservation wrong, then wanted to place our party of 5 at the bar. Then it took hours before we even got our drinks let alone our food, no exaggeration. The restaurant menu was a good size, quality and tasted very nice but the desserts were small especially for their cost and not as special as I expected. I have had a lot of similar desserts of a better size, price and taste in the city and outskirts. The restaurant space was also very very hot. Extremely uncomfortable especially considering I am 8 months pregnant.

!!!FOOD POISONING!! We went here for Valentine’s dinner and were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food was just okay and the service felt almost non-existent. What made it much worse is that a few hours after getting home, I became very sick with what seems like food poisoning, and it has now lasted over 15 hours.

Worst experience of my life by far. This place ruined my Valentines day for us. We waited an hour to be seated at the BAR when we reserved for a table. We didn’t receive our food after an hour and a half. Couples were angry and complaining and leaving, as did we. The entire restaurant had a very negative energy from the staff to the angry customers. The day that we are supposed to celebrate love - we are treated with attitude and disrespect, making us feel like WE did something wrong. This is clearly a huge red flag and a sign of horrible management and disorganization. We left starving and feeling like garbage on Valentines Day. Save your time and money and avoid this disastrous excuse of a restaurant. Completely overhyped and complete waste of space in Montreal.

Decent variety on food menu with good portion sizes. Inattentive and inefficient service. Waited an hour to be served drinks. Took three attempts to order dessert to take out due to missing or incorrect items. Asked for the bill three times and staff could not appear to care less. Given how noisy and hot it was inside, it wasn’t ideal to spend an hour more than planned here due to slow service.

Sajjad and the host were fabulous. Helped with parking even going outside with us to make sure we were in the right spot and helped us with payment through the app. The staff made us feel welcomed and special from the moment we arrived. Food was delicious. We will be back!

Outstanding service from Elio and Iris this morning during my pickup. The food was exceptional, and the restaurant continues to impress with its consistently high level of service. If you’re looking for a refined dining experience at one of Montreal’s most iconic establishments, this is a place not to miss. The croissants are easily among the best I’ve ever tasted.

The establishment seems nice but the service is terrible. Servers are more pre occupied appearing busy rather than completing orders. Been waiting 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and my order. Servers are very rude ignoring other customers.

Very disorganized staff, i was there standing for a good 5 min waiting for the barista to take my order. Not very sanitary the fact the bag be dropped on the floor and didn’t not wash his hands and picking up pastries with hi bare hands. I ordered two croissants , one matcha and one flat white. Took 20 min and there wasn’t any line, the place wasn’t busy. Very disappointing.

Just walking in here is an experience in itself. It has an elegant European vibe ! The cakes and pastries are all amazing. We ordered a birthday cake and it was fresh and delicious. They also have a few tables so I would definitely recommend passing by to sit down and enjoy a coffee and pastry! A special thank you to Iris and Sayaad !

The restaurant is in a prime, highly visible location and presents itself as an upscale establishment. The desserts are very good and clearly one of the strengths of this place. That said, my recent experience was disappointing. We waited nearly 45 minutes for two simple appetizers, which is unacceptable for items of that nature. Additionally, the Burrata salad did not match the menu description — instead of Heirloom tomatoes, it was served with basic cherry tomatoes. While the restaurant has potential, long wait times and inaccuracies in menu descriptions significantly impact the overall experience. I hope management will address these issues to ensure a more consistent and reliable standard of service.

Food was great, but what made this lunch so special was the attention given to us while dining in. Very great service by our waitress and her crew as far as advice and going above and beyond. Will be coming back for these great desserts also! Thanks!
