Wonderful food and beautiful setting. Staff were very nice and welcoming to our young kids. Only remark was that our waitress seemed to forget or often omit items on our order. We had to often ask her multiple times for basics: small spoons for our kids, twice for ketchup and mayo with our fries, everybody getting their dessert except our son etc. Overall, i would still come back as maybe just an off day for that waitress? Food was really wonderful!

Great spot for coffee and brunch. The coffee is rich and well-made. The croissant especially pistachio and raspberry is fresh, and perfectly flaky. The best in Montreal! A lovely place to enjoy a relaxed brunch. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing — great atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent coffee. Everything we ordered was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Oksana was outstanding — energetic, highly professional, and incredibly attentive. She has an impressive ability to remember orders perfectly and deliver everything smoothly and efficiently, even when the place is busy. Her positive attitude and dedication really set her apart.

Date night at Duc de Lorraine and I get the hype 😮‍💨✨ The viral desserts?! 10/10 That mousse was so creamy — not too light, not too heavy… just PERFECT 🤍🍫 The calamari? Crispy, flavorful, absolutely yummy 🦑🔥 Had an amazing blond beer recommended by Oksana (who was incredible btw 💛🍺) A bar + dessert spot in one is elite behavior for date night 💫 Husband rating: 9.2/10 — MUST TRY ✔️

I ordered a "Galette des rois" and it's the worst I taste this week between Jarry boulangerie, pain dans les voiles and première moisson even the industrial one from première moisson was better. I've never seen a "pâte feuilletée" as failed as this one.

Service is incredibly slow. Even just coffee took over 25 minutes and showed up cold. The food is good, really nothing that impressive and frankly very overpriced for what they serve. If you want to wait 45 minutes to an hour for cold coffee and mediocre eggs for $75 pp- then this is the place. On a positive note, the pastries look pretty.

The food was amazing as usual. Our server was polite enough but she got our order wrong, we were 4 ppl she got one out of the three orders correct. Two of us had ordered the onion soup, which never came when she gave us our main dishes we said where is our soup and she said she forgot/ misunderstood and could order it now, we refused. She mixed up one order by bringing the wrong item so my husband who has a severe seafood allergy was given the calamari when he ordered the Greek salad. My friend who never got her onion soup told the waitress she should comp her a glass of wine and this was completely ignored. We had to ask several times for the bill( the restaurant was empty) . It’s my third time coming back, two out of the three were a big miss service wise. The last time we at least got an apology this time nothing.
