Absolutely horrible experience ⸻ I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Domino’s Pizza. I placed an online order of about $50 (medium pizza, 16 wings, and a carbonara pasta). When the order arrived, it was already cold—but more importantly, it was completely wrong. The pizza had barbecue sauce instead of marinara and no toppings, the wings were barbecue instead of honey garlic, and the pasta wasn’t carbonara but something closer to mac and cheese. We called the store, and they agreed to resend the correct order. About 30 minutes later, the driver came back with 2 of the right items but NO WINGS, the new order was even colder than before. Despite being told on the phone that it was okay, the driver aggressively demanded that we return the incorrect food—even though we had already taken a bite from it to realize it was wrong. He was rude, raised his voice, and made us very uncomfortable. Even almost entering our house. To make things worse, the wings were missing from the replacement order. We were told they would bring them shortly, but after another long wait, the driver returned and simply left a bag outside in the snow without knocking. We only found out 10 minutes later when the store called us. When we opened the bag, instead of the wings we paid for, they had given us the SAME incorrect food we had already returned, partially eaten and all. This was completely unacceptable. When we called again to resolve the issue, the staff was dismissive, laughing, and ultimately hung up on us, THEY DIDNT EVEN SPEAK FRENCH. This entire experience: wrong orders, long delays, rude service, and lack of accountability, was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly discourage anyone from ordering from this location. THIS WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE IVE EVEN HAD ORDERING TAKE OUT. Please NEVER order here, their customer service is just horrendous and so disrespectful to PAYING customers. FYI, we never got the 20$ wings that we paid for.
