Terrible service. I waited 30 minutes, walked into the store, and found out my pizza hadn't even been started yet. I had to leave without any food. We can't rely on this place anymore. You left your customers hungry.

I’ve been ordering from the Samson Store for quite some time and they have always provided great pizza and service. No complaints!
We usually never leave negative reviews because we are regular customers, but unfortunately this isn’t the first time our order has been completely wrong. I ordered the crispy chicken poutine with buffalo sauce and instead received what seemed like beef with BBQ sauce. My boyfriend also ordered the cheesy pepperoni bread, but there was barely any cheese and basically no pepperoni at all. We understand mistakes happen, but it’s becoming a recurring issue and it’s really disappointing, especially when paying for specific items. We genuinely like Domino’s and keep coming back, which is why we never wanted to complain publicly, but we hope more attention can be given to order accuracy and quality moving forward.

One of the best experiences I’ve had! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Dominos Samson and he’s one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met! we barely said a few words and he had given us a 25% discount! My family and I were going back and forth on what flavors to try and Phil was super accommodating and sweet. He mentioned his love for the Philly steak pizza, and despite us not ordering it, he gave it to us for free! What a lovely experience this was and Phil deserves all the love and customers he can get. ❤️
very quick visit, they were super fast (only took like 15 mins for my order!), very friendly staff :) parm bites are 11/10, esp w the cheddar dip! would recommend!!
