Went there alone a short birthday trip, im from Ottawa. Very cozy vibe, food was good. Servers were really nice especially the pretty woman with the eyeglasses. Will definitely recommend to my friends ☺️

Had a lovely dinner at Dinette Marcella. We enjoyed a sauvignon blanc from Italy and it was really fruity and lovely. I had the special which was a butternut squash ravioli. It was honestly unreal, the flavours were so unique. I only wish there had been a few more pieces of ravioli, the portion felt a little small. My friend had the arancino and pesto pasta and loved both. For dessert, I had the beignets with caramel and they were so delicious. The restaurant itself is beautiful with stone walls and warm cozy lighting. Our server was very friendly and helpful! Just note, it is quite small (you will want a reservation) and a bit loud but you can hear the person across from you.

My boyfriend and I decided to go here for our anniversary. I’m gluten free and the pasta was amazing not to mention we had the best Cesar salad we’ve ever had in our lives. My boyfriend had the veil and I don’t think anything he ever eats again will live up to it. Fantastic place highly recommend.

Absolutely loved my experience at Dinette Marcella! The food was amazing, and the pasta noodles had the best texture I’ve had so far in Montreal — perfectly cooked and incredibly satisfying.The staff were warm and attentive, which made the whole evening even more enjoyable. I was also pleasantly surprised by how many vegetarian options they offer.Such a lovely spot — I can’t wait to come back!

The food here was absolutely delicious and it has a good cozy vibe. The standout was the arancino, it is a must have. The pasta was also delicious, I especially loved the tortellini alla ricotta. The ciambelle al caramello was the perfect sweet for dessert. I highly recommend this place.

Appetizers and Pasta are delicious. We had the Burrata, and Ravioli - super yummy. Market fish and seafood was just ok. The service is great, and the atmosphere fun and rich like the neighbourhood.

The place is beautiful, and the people who are serving are very professional, but the food, I think it was only us, but the food was cold, we waited for 30 minutes to receive our dinner, and the spaghetti that I ordered was simple, ir wasn't seasoned. 3/5 stars

This place made for an amazing night out on Valentine's weekend. The staff was very welcoming, service was fast and everything was so delicious! I had the dry aged steak special and my girlfriend had the gnocchi bolognese would highly recommend both!

Great place for Italian right in the heart of Old Town. Staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Their pasta dishes are very good and the nightly special I had of butternut squash ravioli with lobster was exceptional.

Best service we have had in years. Every detail was attended to without even a question or request. Perfect timing for when to order- when to check on how things are- clearing the table from appetizers- impeccable and very appreciated!! I loved this place! Food was excellent but the whole staff worked together so well!!

What a lovely experience! I work in the area and was very pleasantly surprised to find this lovely restaurant. Not only were they open for lunch on a Tuesday (rare in this neighborhood), they have an excellent menu that veers off the usual path. We were a little early but were greeted with a warm smile and seated right away. This was the tenor for the whole service, and the food was marvelous -- pasta shapes I was not familiar with and scrumptious execution. What's more is the décor is beautifully done -- contemporary yet warm and with a hint of nostalgia and wink at Italian popular culture. Next time, I'll go for dinner.

Our best meal while in Montreal. Best bruschetta I’ve ever had. The whole meal and atmosphere was perfect for our last night. We will be back for sure.
