Food was literally so bad, the beef had a weird smell to it sort of like it was old , chicken burger was too oily, mac and cheese didnt even taste like anything except barbecue sauce. Absolutely tasteless!!!! Waste of money,time and calories. Be careful if you have a sensitive stomach.

Always great food. Delicious burgers and wraps. We absolutely love Crustys. There could be some improvement made with the service, it's always pretty slow. However I must say that the employees are always very nice and polite, they're doing their best, even in a big rush time.

Overall great experience we did wait a bit for the food but trust me the wait was worth it great way to break my fast. I will be recommending this place to all my friends. The food was very delicious and the service 10/10. The only thing I would change is the music playing it’s not really plausible

We were excited for this restaurant because of a TikTok, we drove an hour and 10 minutes to try it out. With all honesty we are really disappointed. Pretty sure that the online pictures are from AI because it did not look at all like the pictures. I got the mac and cheese (i will insert pictures) and it wasn’t even warm. Service was ok. But the decor is pretty amazing!Will not recommend and will not be going again..

This is my second time trying crusty’s and this experience was just awful. Ordered the Mac and cheese on DoorDash and it was the most FLAVOURLESS Mac and cheese I’ve ever had . The fries and chicken that came with it were just dry and oily, I felt nauseous after eating it . 1/10 will not be ordering again

The food was OK but what turned me off was the environment. Dirty windows, full of fingerprints Floors not painted, looks dirty Person at cash not welcoming Shared bathroom not well identified Toilet roll holder broken Sink blocked with water accumulating Toilet seat was broken, did not raise Waste basket overflowing Food delay 10-15 minutes Unacceptable.

Listen I ordered on uber eats their crispy shawarma….NO FLAVOR AT ALL only thing saving it was the Algerian sauce….ohhh and don’t get me started on their mac and cheese! TASTES LIKE NOTHING! The pasta was definitely not boiled in salt water the mac and cheese itself is DRY, you’re better off buying a box of kraft dinner at this point! Ya never again extremely disappointed and not worth the price.
