If anyone coming to collect uber order never accept from this place waited 1 hour straight dont lie for them to prepare 2 orders just 4 items and they couldnt even one of client canceled and they still didnt care.....

We were pleasantly surprise to see our server ( Helene) coming to the aid of her elderly customer. She was respectful and helpful when the gentleman struggled with his coat. She took the time to also escort him to his ride. What a beautiful gesture of kindness first thing in the morning.Bravo Helene pour votre douceur et tendresse!

Had a breakfast with my daughter. Potatoes arrived uncooked. First mention the waitresss said “j’peux rien faire monsieur” basically “there’s nothing we can do”. A few minutes later I asked what she meant about the comment earlier and she replied “je travaille pas en arrières” as if why am I telling my waitress instead of the kitchen ?! Then she started asking me how I like my potatoes when I got upset and suggest she would see if the kitchen staff could do it. As if “cooked” is some special request that they usually don’t accommodate. The whole thing was very weird. I suppose if you visit, you should specify that you like potatoes “Medium Rare or Well-Done”, they might not ask you but it’s good to be specific about your preference apparently.

I came here today with my family but greatly disappointed with the food I ordered tuna sandwiches what a mess Food was brought to me with delays and the cheese not melt but frozen My wife ordered burger casserole and asked to replace with omelets as meat has a strong smell At the end portion has drastically reduced to a kids meal like portion Fortunately we have some competitors not far as food and portions are real breakfast places Hope my comments will have a proper attention if you want to stay in business . Thanks

To clarify gently: our cheese is never frozen, and I personally prepared and fully cooked the tuna sandwich — I specifically remember it well, because your casserole came back shortly after. Did you inform the server of this issue ? Next time, if you'd prefer it even more cooked or the cheese more melted, just let the server know right away so we can adjust it perfectly for you. We were glad to replace your wife's burger casserole with an omelette at no extra charge, and the other 6–7 casseroles served with the same meat that day were enjoyed without issue. On portions, we always aim to provide generous, satisfying servings that reflect our commitment to hearty breakfasts — we're truly sorry this didn't feel that way for you.
