Every time we go to Le Ciel, we enjoy everything about it! The food is always excellent and the atmosphere magnificent (and I don't say that lightly)! The view is spectacular whether it's your first visit or you go there regularly as we do. Our waiter was excellent and fun also.

Chicken was melt in your mouth tender and delicious. Duck was a bit tough but tasty and all the accompaniments were delicious. Maple brownie for dessert was five star. On a very busy Mother's Day evening, the service was topnotch. Our waitress was very friendly and never acted rushed even though the place was packed. Been years since we have dined in a revolving restaurant, but on a beautiful spring evening, it was a great way to get a birdseye view of the city.

Service and personal attention was very good. And, as advertised, the view was a one-of-a-kind experience in Quebec. We were there for lunch, I would prefer and recommend going in the evening to see all of the city lights.

We celebrated our birthdays there every time. But it was first time there was no cake no candle yesterday. Also the parking ticket was not available. Seems that everything ran out. The size of meal also got smaller. Only the view didn’t change, then all others are different with before.

I celebrated by 70th birthday at Ciel! It was a magical evening with great food and great service. Our waitress, Maude, let us linger over our cocktails before ordering the duck confit with foie gras tortellini and the beef cheek with red wine jus. She was so gracious and let us enjoy the sunset view of the city and the evening lights. She also surprised me at the end of the meal with a chocolate dessert with a handwritten birthday card. She had written it in French because she remembered that I said I could read French better than speaking it. It was so unexpected and delightful. I will never forget that night. I highly recommend the food and the experience.

A rotating restaurant with great food, service, and ambiance! Our waitress, Maude, was superb. We thoroughly enjoyed our Prime Rib dinner as the Quebec City skyline slowly passed around us. I can highly recommend the cheesecake to finish off your meal!

One of the best rooftop restaurants we have had the pleasure of dining at in Quebec City. The staff was very professional, polite and friendly. They regularly checked in with us to make sure we had the best experience. Our food arrived at good intervals and made the dining experience very pleasant. The food was very appealing to the eyes and was delicious. The price was good and portions matched our expectations. The restaurant views were spectacular at sunset and we had a very memorable night. We’d like to thank the staff and our server for an amazing dining experience and for making us feel welcomed guests. Would recommend this for a special occasion or a memorable family gathering.

Great place with excellent customer service. We went there for a celebration, and received hand written card from the restaurant staff. The food was delicious, and the turning restaurant gives you an uninterrupted view of the city.
