Pleasant staff. Comfortable seating, novel atmosphere revolving panorama. WAY overpriced dishes. Good, but not very good, small portions blandly presented. Seems the menu hasn't changed for a very long time. View is the big sale, sorry

The views of the city make the meal. Try to get a window table an hour prior to sunset.. this way you can see the both city during day light and you get to see it lit up at night. Food is good… not amazing but good. The service was attentive and friendly. The rotating views make it worth the visit

Finding parking is a nightmare, wanted to use the valet parking with the hotel but never found it. Ended up using street parking. Value of going was only in the atmosphere and view, but windows were very dirty so not good for pictures. Small portions. I had the chicken which was seared and I was underwhelmed by it and the portion size. 1 meal came at the same time as our shared shrimp app. The shrimp app only had 3 shrimps. Then the other 2 meals came afterwards. Main dishes came warm but not hot. I left still feeling hungry. I found that our server had in-genuine friendliness towards us and no warm goodbye after payment (note - Anglophone parent with 2 older children).

This was recommended by our host at the Airbnb we were staying at. It did not disappoint! In fact may have been the highlight of our trip to Quebec City. Our daughter was so amazed that the restaurant revolved. It was the perfect was to view the city on a cold evening. The waiter was fun and helpful. The food was delicious.

The view from the Ciel rotating restaurant is of course one of the best in Quebec City. The food and service matched the view as great and given the great experience, it was a pretty good value.

Excellent experience! Our server Alisa was super friendly and efficient. She even gave me the opportunity to practice speaking French! The atmosphere was amazing, and the view alone would bring guests in, but the food was good enough to stand on its own. Every dish we tried was delicious. The breakfast steak with the Corn cheddar cheese sauce was absolutely fantastic!

Waitress was very friendly, food was very nice and you could see how the restaurant was revolving as you ate! The view changed quite quickly and was fun for my daughter and I to see, especially after walking up from the lower level of the walled portion of Quebec City. Absolutely recommend.

Slight misunderstanding about the menu. Menu says pick one appetizer and one main for $35.00 but, you get soup or salad and a main. You have to pay extra for the appetizers. Other than that it was amazing. Our waitress was incredible

Definitely so far one of the few good restaurants in Quebec we revisit though less and less frequently. I used to spend that level of money on a Michelin-star restaurant. After COVID it looks like we are paying a COVID-TAX in the current bill. Time has changed, but that does not mean that quality increased.

Beautiful, delicious and fun! This was by far my favourite activity for from my weekend trip. Friendly tip to check the weather and reserve online to make sure you get a good seat! The menu had lots of options and personally I think the price was very reasonable for the did you get. Would go again next time I’m in Quebec City and absolutely going to recommend this place to my friends and family. The meal even came with a little dessert if you’re not too full, it was delish.

We went on a Monday night before dinner. We had reservations elsewhere. We asked if we could just order a drink and they were very accommodating. The restaurant revolves so the views are beautiful.

The views are amazing. The turing restaurant floor and changing view on Quebec City is unique and an interesting experience as a family. Meal was delicious and staff was great. Definitely a stop to plan on your Quebec City visit. Reservation for diner is a must in high season.
