One of the best rooftop restaurants we have had the pleasure of dining at in Quebec City. The staff was very professional, polite and friendly. They regularly checked in with us to make sure we had the best experience. Our food arrived at good intervals and made the dining experience very pleasant. The food was very appealing to the eyes and was delicious. The price was good and portions matched our expectations. The restaurant views were spectacular at sunset and we had a very memorable night. We’d like to thank the staff and our server for an amazing dining experience and for making us feel welcomed guests. Would recommend this for a special occasion or a memorable family gathering.

Great place with excellent customer service. We went there for a celebration, and received hand written card from the restaurant staff. The food was delicious, and the turning restaurant gives you an uninterrupted view of the city.

Great spot for brunch and you get to see the whole city from above because the whole thing rotates! Smoked salmon benedict was delicious and so was the egg omelette. The drinks are super tiny but the smoothie is quite nice. Overall I like this restaurant mainly for the ambience. Mens washroom was clean but the womens was very messy. Highly recommend reservations. Just a forewarning if you go during a sunny day its best to bring a pair of sunglasses and maybe some sun screen. Also there is separate elevator for parking and the one to the restraunt. Its the very top floor if you are unsure what button to click.

Great food, great service, loooved seeing the sunset and the city at 360 degrees. Only ick was the loud group of businessmen, could hear ourselves think, let alone talk, but all good when they finally left. Wish there was more choice on the menu but food was delicious.

I had a unique brunch experience at Hôtel Le Concorde Québec, located in one of the tallest buildings in Quebec City. The restaurant offers a rotating 360° view, which made the experience truly memorable. The place was clean, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I spent about 1.5 hours there and started with a coffee, which I really enjoyed. For the appetizer, I had yogurt with maple syrup and berries—highly recommended! The main dish was well prepared and of good quality. The French fries were fresh but slightly oily. Overall, a great experience combining good food with an amazing view. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something different in Quebec City.

This was a super cool place for a fancy dinner. Over the span of our meal we got a 360° view on Quebec city and watched the sunset. The food and drinks were excellent as well as the service.

Pleasant staff. Comfortable seating, novel atmosphere revolving panorama. WAY overpriced dishes. Good, but not very good, small portions blandly presented. Seems the menu hasn't changed for a very long time. View is the big sale, sorry

The views of the city make the meal. Try to get a window table an hour prior to sunset.. this way you can see the both city during day light and you get to see it lit up at night. Food is good… not amazing but good. The service was attentive and friendly. The rotating views make it worth the visit

Finding parking is a nightmare, wanted to use the valet parking with the hotel but never found it. Ended up using street parking. Value of going was only in the atmosphere and view, but windows were very dirty so not good for pictures. Small portions. I had the chicken which was seared and I was underwhelmed by it and the portion size. 1 meal came at the same time as our shared shrimp app. The shrimp app only had 3 shrimps. Then the other 2 meals came afterwards. Main dishes came warm but not hot. I left still feeling hungry. I found that our server had in-genuine friendliness towards us and no warm goodbye after payment (note - Anglophone parent with 2 older children).
