We had dinner here on the last night of our trip to Quebec City. Great service, food was amazing and the views were spectacular. We did book a reservation for a window seat and I would tecommend to do this. Great experience.

I’ve been there couple of times in the past but this time, the food was aweful! Soup was bland, tasted like baby food, the steak was all fat and chewy covered in BBQ sauce with thick unappetising pumpkin purée!

Service and food were excellent! The views are not to be missed! We had brunch and then explored the Plains of Abraham and Citadel afterwards. Make advanced reservations to ensure a window seat.

It is very special, a “must” experience in Quebec. In 60-90 minutes your table makes a full rotation and you are able to see all the city. Food and service was exceptional.

We really appreciated our dinner June 10 . All waiters were extremely attentive and pleasant. The food quality and presentation could match Michelin stars restaurants. Nice addition to great views of beautiful city. Recommendation from globetrotters to make unforgettable experience ❤️👍

View is great, staff is very nice but the food is just mediocre for the price. The salmon seemed fresh, cooked okay, but underseasoned, lack of taste, buttery sauce didnt have any taste, it was very strange. There's also not an atom of salt in this kitchen, they should at least have it on table to hide the lack of any flavours. very disappointing over all when the meals are this expensive. Drinks were okay

The food was fantastic. The waitress was amazing...and she had the patience of a saint. The table next to ours had a couple of difficult patrons and she handled it in stride. Would recommend.

The view and ambiance are excellent; service is good; food… not so good. Beef tartare: average, nothing special. 3/5 Chicken supreme: good vegetables, but dry, overly cooked, under-seasoned chicken. Good plating. 3/5 Pork chop: tough, complete opposite of what Nagano pork should be. 1/5 Cocktails/mocktails: average. 3/5 I was happy to experience the view especially at sunset, but unfortunately it’s offset by such mediocre cooking.

This place is overrated. Food is overpriced and very mediocre. Service was awful! Our waitress was super rude and not helpful. The only plus is the view. I would not recommend this restuarant.

Every time we go to Le Ciel, we enjoy everything about it! The food is always excellent and the atmosphere magnificent (and I don't say that lightly)! The view is spectacular whether it's your first visit or you go there regularly as we do. Our waiter was excellent and fun also.

Chicken was melt in your mouth tender and delicious. Duck was a bit tough but tasty and all the accompaniments were delicious. Maple brownie for dessert was five star. On a very busy Mother's Day evening, the service was topnotch. Our waitress was very friendly and never acted rushed even though the place was packed. Been years since we have dined in a revolving restaurant, but on a beautiful spring evening, it was a great way to get a birdseye view of the city.

Service and personal attention was very good. And, as advertised, the view was a one-of-a-kind experience in Quebec. We were there for lunch, I would prefer and recommend going in the evening to see all of the city lights.
