Hi Alexander, We’re sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t up to your expectations. Just to clarify, we’re not a Korean restaurant, but grandmas are always welcome nonetheless. Everything we serve is made in-house, from sauces and pickles to proteins, all cooked daily for a fast and efficient service without compromising quality. That being said, we also don’t position ourselves as an authentic vietnamese restaurant, our dishes are made of ingredients and flavors present in vietnamese and broader asian culinary traditions, prepared with our own personal twist. As an Asian-owned and operated restaurant, we take pride in the integrity of our food and using the term ‘’white-washed” is not only inaccurate, but also disrespectful to our heritage and identity.
