While the Uber Eats delivery was fast and smooth, the meal fell far short of what Chez Victor charges: Order Accuracy: Ordered one green salad and one Caesar; received two Caesars instead, along with stale fries. Le Canotier Burger: The biggest letdown of the meal. Severely overcooked and so dry you needed a sip of water just to swallow it. Classic Burger: Plain and unremarkable—nothing that justified the menu price. Caesar Salad: Decent flavor, though it deviated noticeably from standard Caesar ingredients (not traditional romaine). Given the prices, there is a serious disconnect between cost and execution. Would not recommend or order from here again.

Popped in for a take away burger and was told we're too busy. No doubt if I had sat down and ordered the same it would have been OK. Maybe not interested as takeaways don't attract sizable tips.

We were treated very poorly. The chicken burger we ordered had no taste, the fries looked old with no taste as well. The server had an attitude towards us when I tried to register my dissatisfaction about the food. She basically came back and angrily slammed hot oil + some other hot condiment on the table. The restaurant however was nice and clean. Very cool ambience.

The burgers here are great. They also offer an extensive gluten free menu, including burger buns and beer. The only minus, and it is a big one, is that they don't have a dedicated fryer so the fries are not gluten free! Kind of drags down the experience if you are celiac but otherwise top marks, the food was really good.

Oh my god! That was the best burger in my lifetime! Haha, I'm not even joking. I heard good reviews before coming to Quebec City (I'm from Toronto) but it was more than I was expecting. Servers were great and friendly, helping me to make a good choice. I ordered their famous La Bete burger which comes with fries already. It was so fresh and flavorful. I really want to go back already before I leave.

Delicious smoke meat poutine!! Especially the fried pickles. Great service and cute ambiance! Next time I will definitely try the burgers! But the ultimate test for me is how good they can make a Poutine! 😉

Vegan recommendation = Tofu burger with fries and gravy. Seitan vegan burger has a strange herbal flavour - not a “classic” burger as it seemed to be when reading the description. I would avoid it (both my partner and I were not fans). The tofu burger however was tasty. The cheese curds on the vegan poutine are flavourless and the consistency of medium tofu. Gravy was good however! Not a top spot if you are vegan but clearly marked menu options are appreciated and the tofu/fries+gravy is worth late night delivery.

We were looking for something unique and different. Through Google search we found this place and am glad we did! Several burger options which made it hard to decide. After eating we definitely made the right choices but I couldn’t see how you could have a bad one. The buns were so fresh and the burger melted in your mouth. Middle of the day so not so busy and we were able to get seated quickly with a friendly greeting. Highly recommend if you are near by. A few parking spaces along the street and behind some of the buildings along the main road.
