The service is excellent! The waiters are incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive, which always makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. They are always smiling, helpful, and make us feel very welcome. You can really tell they care about their customers. Great service from start to finish! I highly recommend!

Good food and good place and good service and mustapha was excellent waiter,he made sure our meals were perfect and checked in just the right amount. Friendly attitude and great service definitely made our dining experience better I visited in 21 January

The chicken was amazing ! It was so tender ! The food was great honestly. Ice mocha was nice as well. Great service !

We got a shisha and food. The food was delicious but very bad service.You have to search for the waiters to be able to order . The waiters pay very small attention to the tables.

I went to Castello tonight. I waited at the entrance for 15 minutes and not one person who works there acknowledged my presence. I also went last week, the service was horrible, I was literally waving our server over and was ignored multiple times. My sister ordered a drink, they forgot to bring it and she had to remind them multiple times. Terrible place to go to be honest. And finally, I think they look down on women. Men are treated better.
