Great place to stop, relax and enjoy as you tour through old Montreal. The hostess was kind and helped us through the menu. Also, it was clean and well kept compared to other places I visited.

Very opulent place. Avocado toast was good. Lemonade was one of the best I have ever tasted. I suspect they use enhancers but if they managed to make it naturally , nothing like it. Cafe filtre was good, I have it with extra cream. One thing I felt odd was they made us pay as soon as they took our order. Not sure why they do that. I tipped because it’s a good place, the servers are young and I am a tourist, but they really need to reconsider this.

Delicious coffee. Food was great and the young ladies were friendly. Service was ok but then again it’s a cafe and it was a busy Saturday.

A wonderful place to eat deliciously and have a good time. I came here by chance and was pleasantly surprised by the service and atmosphere. The food is fresh and very tasty, the drinks complement everything well. The staff is very friendly and the service is at the highest level. I highly recommend this place.

A perfect way to begin our visit in Montreal! The service was friendly and timely- the food was healthy and tasteful- the coffee and tea were the perfect accompaniment. We will be back again!

The Shakshuka was absolutely delicious. We ate every last spoonful. Beautifully prepared and served piping hot. Great selection of coffees. Pay when placing order even if eating in. Friendly staff.

Me and my husband loved everything about this cafe! The cafe was clean, the food and drinks were delicious, but most importantly, the staff was amazing… They made as feel welcomed! Highly recommend to everyone to visit Cafeterra!

Amazing food!!! Worth the wait. Lots of choices for breakfast and lunch food. The Cream of Mushroom soup was rich, flavorful and I will definitely reorder it. Staff is very friendly and kind.

I had high hopes for this place but it just wasn't as great as I was hoping unfortunately. I wanted a cappuccino, but they didn't know how, so I said that a latte would do. She said she can do a macchiato and honestly I should've refuse but ah well... The shakshuka was tiny but ok in taste. Not great, not bad. The service is not extraordinary, just ok. I think 3* is a very fair rating, especially for an old port establishment.
