Everything was excellent! The service was amazing, and the coffee was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this café and their service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We ordered the Hot Latte large and from the get go the Barista had a very amiable smile and asked us how our day was going. The coffee was great and I would come back for the coffee as long as, Parnia is serving the coffee

Waited at the sandwich counter for service, no one came. So I went to the register where people were being helped and waited. Once it was my turn, they told me to go to the sandwich counter, where there was now a huge line. Terrible service.

Slow slow slow. Waited 15 min for an easy order? You guys need to review the organisation of your drinks.. make a quick queue for only coffee or tea? Guy behind food counter does nothing if you don't order food, how is that efficient? Didn't get any food so won't review that.

I was a little confused with all of the extreme reviews, so I decided to spot by in the early morning. The sandwiches are very good for the same price you pay for other coffee shops. The service is quite nice and even if I'm speaking English the barista tried their best. I don't think this place deserves all the hate it is getting, but it is also not an incredible experience. It's a day-to-day coffee shop that serves its purpose.

We saw a rat in the cafe... but they didnt want us to say anything. A old man that works here harassed my sisters and I. The service is bad and a grown man harassing women is never right and should not be tolerated. It's not worth the coffee.

Words can not describe how HORRIBLE this location is. My sister had to use the washroom urgently, so we were going before we bought coffees, and a old man came out and put a put of service sign (was guarding the door with tongs) and WOULD NOT let her go even though we said we were going to buy a coffee. POLICING THE WASHROOM... DISGUSTING behavior from a grown man to young girls.
