Today I went there, I was waiting there to order, waited for 30 minutes just to place an order but all 3 three girls gave me side eyes and did not come to the station to take my order, they were walking looking at me but not taking my order. They just make me wander “ I am invisible to them”. They were on the phone taking and laughing but ignoringing customer.

I had such a wonderful experience at Starbucks thanks to Isabelle! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude that made my day instantly better. She was incredibly patient while I decided on my order and even offered helpful suggestions that turned out to be perfect.
