Went to give it a try to L'Adresse with some friends as we only read good reviews... well, the food didn't disappoint at all. We ordered a poutine, and 2 breakfast plates. The quantity was enough (we were very full), the taste was really good and the prices were reasonable. However, unfortunately I must give it 4 stars as we were not happy with the service. We noticed there was only 1 person serving on a busy Saturday brunch time. The place was clearly packed, and there was 1 person in charge of taking orders, serving, dealing with payments and cleaning tables (sometimes receiving last min help from someone from the kitchen). In addition to our plates, we ordered water, 2 orange juices and 2 coffee. We only received our coffee (1 extra that we didn't order) and it took more than 10 min to receive water and juice (when we already started to eat our food). We also asked for coffee cream and some mayo/ketchup, again, we received the cream minutes later and never received the second. I do hope they can do better with the service, and I would understand if this was an unfortunate 1-day situation.
