Our family decided to celebrate the last day of the year before Chinese New Year with a meal at CABU during our stay at the Hilton Quebec, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The food quality and taste were outstanding, with every dish exceeding our expectations. The service was impeccable, warm, attentive, and filled with thoughtful suggestions that enhanced our dining experience. The cheesecake dessert was a standout, leaving us utterly impressed. From the ambiance to the cleanliness, everything was top-notch. We left feeling thoroughly satisfied and grateful for such a memorable meal.

We had a very enjoyable meal with our daughter on our last evening in Quebec visiting her. We all three tried different cocktails and each had the Bonhomme 3 course special. It was very delicious. Our daughter took leftover meat home to freeze for meals at a later date. Nothing was wasted. Our server was awesome. We got there at around 6:00 PM and were there at least three hours.
