I've eaten here twice this week as I'm staying in the hotel and I haven't been disappointed. I think it's good value for what you get, too. The beet 'tartare' with apple and hazelnut was delicious (it just could do with more flavour in the goat's cheese foam), and the Caesar salad with crispy, real chicken was very tasty. It was pleasantly different from the countless other Caesar salads on so many restaurant menus. Excellent service at this restaurant, such lovely staff.

We were fortunate to have the delightful and funny Antoine recommend the wild boar ravioli, the black cod, and brownie sundae. He was very patient and kind with all 3 generations of my family.

Rather disappointing experience. Had a sirloin burger, meat was not seasoned at all, fries - a la cantine style, brown and grease, maybe by design. The proportion ration - meat patty, toppings to bun size is way overwhelming making impossible to hold this thing together, take a bite without sliding allover and falling apart. The burger toppings to be improved in terms of the freshness.

We had a wonderful dining experience at CABU restaurant in Hilton Québec. Our waiter Krzysztof was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the moring . He made us feel very welcome, provided excellent service, and always checked to make sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and attention to detail truly made our visit special. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable — we will definitely return.

We got ben as a server for our dinner and he was so nice. He is a joker too and we love it. The food was awesome. We order the grilled octopus, alberta steak and beef cheek. All of them are 10/10.

Well it's a buffet breakfast, I recommend you go through the menu if you're bringing a date with you, for myself it was great 👍🏾, keep up the great service and food, I know it's not easy working for the public.

Our family decided to celebrate the last day of the year before Chinese New Year with a meal at CABU during our stay at the Hilton Quebec, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The food quality and taste were outstanding, with every dish exceeding our expectations. The service was impeccable, warm, attentive, and filled with thoughtful suggestions that enhanced our dining experience. The cheesecake dessert was a standout, leaving us utterly impressed. From the ambiance to the cleanliness, everything was top-notch. We left feeling thoroughly satisfied and grateful for such a memorable meal.

We had a very enjoyable meal with our daughter on our last evening in Quebec visiting her. We all three tried different cocktails and each had the Bonhomme 3 course special. It was very delicious. Our daughter took leftover meat home to freeze for meals at a later date. Nothing was wasted. Our server was awesome. We got there at around 6:00 PM and were there at least three hours.
