Some people are just not made for customer service (think the person who answers calls most of the time / probably the manager but not sure)

The food was ok, been coming here for years and I always ask the same question: when are you going to open the kid play zone ?? You have one of the few ones still left and youre not using it ! Please open it and let the Kids play while the adults enjoy their meal like back in the day.
