We had our daughter’s 12th birthday at Boston Pizza yesterday. It was a great venue to host this type of event. What made if extra special was our server Micheal. He was so attentive, accommodating and super fun! Honestly, he made our night! Thank you to BP but mostly to Micheal. You were very awesome!

the shrimps on my bowl were raw... seemed like they had just came out of the bag and just seasoning was put on them. Plus I don't feel well, so that is a big hazard! can lead to food poisioning as sea food has a lot of bacteria and salmonella.Please speak to your cooks...

I been coming to Boston pizza 🍕for 2 years with my friends at the bar . the barmaid Marilyn . Is the best always with a smile very friendly. She’s there during the week lunch time. I give her a five star review. Thanks for your perfect service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ food is excellent many choices. Great staff and great manager and Chantal also very professional Miss Anna the hostess very Polite. Also the staff at night very professional and friendly.

We came as a family. This restaurant is really family friendly. I also requested a balloon for my toddler and they gave one for me. Big shout out toJeanne L she was amazing. She was very patient with our 3 sons. Highly recommend this place for family event.

The service was extremely poor. No one came to see us, and we felt completely ignored. The chicken wings were undercooked, with blood still inside, which is frankly disgusting and unacceptable. Furthermore, we were practically forced to leave a tip, even though the service absolutely did not warrant it. There are so many things that need fixing at this establishment. Honestly, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

There was a young woman serving us—I don’t know her name, but she had two nose piercings. She pressured us to leave a 15% tip, even though tipping should be my choice. Before she even asked for 15%, I had already left what I felt was a reasonable tip for the service she provided. Because of this experience, I will not be coming back. I also think this issue should be addressed, as I’ve seen other reviews mentioning the same problem.

i went there two weeks ago with my cousin and two 9 year olds, we went there for a girls night, the service was long and awfull we went there at 8:30 we got our food at 9:30 and left the restaurant at 10:30. I payed more than 100$ and as 18 year olds that was a lot. I left a tip and the waiter was not happy, he got aggressive with his words, acting like a begger and created a whole problem for a tip. The girls got scared and they dont want to go there anymore. As i went to go talk with the manager (she couldnt care less) he went behind my back, cursed me out and did me the middle finger i went back and he started yelling and made a even bigger scene. Never ever going back do NOT recommend.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Me and my friends were eating here late at night after a long day, food was a little long to come but not horrible. On the other hand, as I was paying I didn’t have enough money to tip even though the service was awful, it was even worse once she started peer pressuring me into paying a 15% tip, borderline insulting me to the point where I was in tears. I do not recommend coming here, will never come again.

We were three young teenagers, two unemployed. We ate and the food was alright. However, when we were about to pay, my friend realized that she didn’t have enough money to tip our (very rude btw) waiter. She excused herself and the waiter started talking in a very rude way. Calling us broke, forcing my friend to pay 15% tip KNOWING that she didn’t have enough money, insisting that she didn’t get payed enough and that we were being straight up a holes. Why are you arguing and screaming at a 16 yr old for a 15% tip on a SATURDAY NIGHT? I find it unacceptable, for a grown lady, who probably doesn’t receive love from her husband, to bash a teenager for not having enough money. Get your money to pay your bills but don’t ruin other people’s day because of your selfish needs. Don’t recommend coming here.

Server was nice. He tried. Fries tasted like carboard, wing sauce not the greatest and Thai chicken tacos were from the same cardboard food group.

Went last night Nov.29..just a horrible experience service was terrible..waited 30 min to get served restaurant was not packed at all..asked for a glass of water..finally asked again took another 15 min..food was terrible..pizza tasted like a frozen one..spaghetti sauce tasted like a canned one ..had to ask for a spon for my dessert Just a terrible experience..never returning

This was the worst service that I've experienced in a long time. It took over 25 minutes to order and over 1 hour to get our food. The appetizer came after the main course. The waiter didn't bring the waters I asked for. Even the drinks took forever and all we ordered were basic soft drinks. I had to flag the waiter down to get an update on our food. The mozzarella sticks were ok and the pizza was good. I definitely will not be returning to this location. Took super long to get the bill and takeout containers.
