Called to place a delivery order. Was placed on hold for 20 mins and no one came to the phone, and no one answered when I tried to call back.

I went there a few days ago with a group of 10 people, one of them was in a wheelchair. When I made the reservation a week prior, I specified that would be one wheelchair. We arrive there, no one had the key to the wheelchair lift. I had to watch as my friend had to crawl up the short flight of stairs. Although I will give props to the server for wheeling her to the table, the fact that management didn't give the staff on hand a key to the wheelchair lift really made my blood boil and makes me want to reconsider going back with a large group, especially when I have friends with mobility issues. I will say that the staff was apologetic about the whole situation and I don't blame them whatsoever. My main gripe is with management. This place will get good marks for the food.

Very bad attitude of the staff, very poor responsiveness, very time-consuming and long delivery of the order to the customer and Uber drivers. Overall, I do not recommend ordering here at all. I am really sorry. I wanted to talk to the manager here, but I could not find him.

The service is really bad, you can see that the waitress does not know what she is doing. I dont even know where to start, my advice just go to another location. the service is just terrible there.

the dj needs a 4000% percent raise this shit was so fire. get the hot honey wings and the rocket twist i’m serious.

we’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes and still no server to ask us for DRINKS. unbelievable, it doesn’t matter if it’s a friday night or a monday night.

I've been ordering from this place semi-regularly because the menu is fairly large and it is within walking distance from work so I get food to-go. The food is fresh and hot, and me and my husband have enjoyed pretty much all their pasta dishes. The major issue I have with this restaurant, is the fact that they keep giving me expired soda. I've brought this issue to the staff's attention, and then the next time I go, they give me expired soda AGAIN! This is now the 3rd time I've been given expired soda, and this time its OVER A YEAR EXPIRED!! So be careful if you order soda when going here, I'm pretty they are all expired. And it's actually illegal to be selling stuff past the expiration date knowingly!!
