Visited on a Wednesday evening. Took 5 mins before someone came to seat us to a table. Then at the table, no one came after being seated for around 10 to 15 mins. We just left...

This place is really a hit or miss, truly depends on your waitress and what you order. Our waitress was really unprofessional, she was an older woman who didn’t offer any ounce of customer service and was chewing gum out loud the whole time. Service was extremely slow as well. Anything other than pizza will most likely disappoint you. We ordered the montreal smoked meat sandwich and the philly cheesesteak sandwich. The montreal smoked meat sandwich tasted like nothing with a hint of mustard, the bread was completely soggy and it was very small for the price. The fries also got really chewy the second they werent hot. The philly cheesesteak sandwich was oddly sweet and had no other flavour than that either. The coleslaw also wasn’t enjoyable. The whole experience costed us 60$ before tips too.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience at Boston Pizza. We specifically asked for our child’s meal to be served first, but it was forgotten and only arrived after everyone else had already received their food. The welcome at the entrance was neither warm nor friendly, and our server seemed very unhappy and acted as though serving us was a burden. There were also several issues with the bill. Instead of charging us for the kids’ menu, the spaghetti and ice cream were charged separately at higher prices. A small pizza that was supposed to be around $12 CAD was charged at $18.99. After we pointed out these mistakes, the corrected bill was approximately $20 CAD lower. The Philly cheesesteak portion was also very small and disappointing. Overall, the service, food portions, and billing issues made this a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, we left very dissatisfied.

This is my second time and my last the stuff so rude I don’t remembered at all go to Ottawa much better services I received my past I would like to make a complaint about the service we received during our visit. This was my second time visiting your restaurant, and unfortunately, it was another very disappointing experience. When we arrived, we asked for our drinks to be served with our food. However, the drinks were brought to our table about 15 minutes before the food. When our meals arrived, I ordered pasta and my husband ordered a pizza. The server placed my pasta on the table and walked away without asking if we needed anything else. The table had not been properly prepared. There were no forks or spoons, so I was unable to eat my meal. We waited for more than 15 minutes, but no one came to check on us or bring any cutlery. Eventually, my husband had to ask the server for forks and spoons. She responded in a rude and annoyed manner. A few moments later, she came back and threw the forks and spoons onto the table in front of my husband instead of politely placing them down. At that point, we felt very disrespected. We decided not to eat our food and left the restaurant. This is the second disappointing experience I have had at your restaurant, and unfortunately, I do not plan to return. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of your customer service so that other customers do not have the same experience.

Our sports organization of 16 people regularly dines at Boston Pizza across British Columbia. While in Ottawa for a national tournament, we chose your restaurant based on the brand's reputation for quality service. Unfortunately, this visit fell far short of those standards. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, the service was disorganized and our server Kelly appeared chaotic and overwhelmed. We waited two hours for our food, and the drinks we received were warm and refills were not offered. When the meals finally arrived, they were cold or lukewarm. Specifically, the fish tacos were stale, the spaghetti and meatballs were cold, and the Triple Play included stale Bandera Bread and soggy potato chips. These are just a few examples. These issues were addressed with Kelly at the time, but no effort was made to resolve them. Furthermore, our request to speak with a manager was disregarded, and no apologies or concessions were offered for the inedible meals. We paid the bill in full and departed at 10:10 p.m. I hope others will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

TERRIBLE pizza. Ordered pizzas for take out, one pepperoni the other one ham and cheese with mushrooms and olives. Not exaggerating when I say it’s literally the worst pizza I’ve had in years. Makes pizza pizza look good in comparison. Barely any sauce or cheese on the pizza. For the price they charge it’s unacceptable. You gotta do better. We’re 5 people that’s why the slices are out of the box. No one finished their slice btw. Staff was nice though.

We came here as a family of 4. My daughter couldn't decide what she wanted so took a minute and the waitress told her to hurry up because she had people waiting. I was shocked. Won't be coming back

Ordered the grilled chicken tacos and it was really bad, chicken portion was absurdly small, there was a ton of coleslaw as filler , barely any tomatoes and it cost a fortune

Love going to this particular restaurant with my family. We’re always created at the door. Given booster seats for my kids too. And regularly come to our table to make sure everything was going well for us. The staff here is exceptional as well as the delicious food. It is always delicious

I'm really disappointed about this place. I was there with my 2-year-old baby, as a mom, to have a good time with my daughter. When I got in, the guy who showed me our table he was very nice. I stood there for over 30 minutes; nobody came to ask me if I needed a drink or anything. All the staff just passed by as if I didn't exist. I felt very upset because I had to call a lady who took her time.to come save us (thanks to her), the other white people who came after me was already served by the staff cause I was black they gave me attitude . Very disrespectful. I got out of there very upset I will never go there again. I felt my takeout there cause I don't need that disrespect in my space .
