Five stars are simply not enough ! This place transports you to a different time and place, with heavenly food that is made with care and meant to be savoured slowly plate by plate with your dinner companions, accompanied by a quality bottle of wine and quiet conversation. By far the best meal I have had in ages, brilliantly pleasing our motley crew of vegetarian and omnivorous kids and adults.

Possibly one of the best meals we have ever had. Came here for my boyfriend’s birthday who loves Balkan food and we truly enjoyed every dish. The banitsa and baked kashkaval were a highlight for us, but the meat platters that we had were delicious too. They also offered a free dessert since we were celebrating a birthday of fig mousse and wow, we both had never tasted something so unique and delicious. Beyond that, the service was fantastic and you can tell our server had a real passion about the food. The rakia selection was also great. The portions were very generous at a good price and we were disappointed to realize we had left our box at the restaurant when we got home. You don’t want to leave anything left on the plate, it’s that good. We will certainly be back!

Good food, nice staff and a super cozy atmosphere. Ingredients on our platter felt high quality and the portion was very good for the price.

Had such a great time at this Balkan restaurant. (Felt just like home in Romania) The service was excellent and made the whole experience even better. Peter was amazing, super friendly, attentive, and always smiling. You can tell he truly cares about his guests. He definitely made our night. Would happily come back just for the service alone. (And the food) 10/10
