Bistro Panache is a fantastic addition to Valleyfield and has quickly become one of my favourite places to visit. The location is absolutely beautiful. Whether you’re sitting inside or enjoying the outdoor terrace, it’s a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The food was fresh, well presented, and full of flavour. Everything we ordered was excellent, from the appetizers to the sandwiches and drinks. You can really tell they put care into every dish. One thing that really stood out was the service. Benoit, the owner, is incredibly welcoming and friendly. His years of experience in the restaurant industry really show, and he’s created a place where guests feel right at home. They also have a great space for birthdays, private gatherings, and special events, making it an excellent choice for celebrating with family and friends. If you’re visiting Valleyfield or you’re a local looking for a new favourite restaurant, Bistro Panache is definitely worth checking out. Great food, excellent service, an amazing atmosphere, and a beautiful location. We’ll definitely be back!
