We visited Bistro B for lunch following their Michelin recommendation. The option of a two or three course prix fixe was very reasonable considering the quality and creativity of the dishes. Everything we tasted was absolutely delicious! We started by sharing the mussels over a parsley risotto followed by the halibut for me and the prawns for my daughter. Everything was perfectly prepared, accompanied with savory sauces and served at the optimal temperature. We finished with the financier. Arturo was so wonderful and patient, despite my terrible French. He provided a tasting of their 3 Chardonnays by the glass, all of which were delicious. I ended up with the Bourgogne which was an exceptional pairing with the seafood dishes. He also offered recommendations for other restaurants and speak easies in Quebec for us to try. Thank you to him and the entire staff for making this such a memorable experience. I hope to visit again soon. Merci!
