The service is extremely terrible. We stood at the entrance for more than twenty minutes without anyone asking how many people we had or whether we had a reservation, and no one informed us that walk-ins were no longer being accepted. We only found out after asking others in line, who actually had a reservation but still waited over ten minutes past their scheduled time. During our wait, a waitress walked straight past us to greet a group behind us, seated them without saying a single word to us, and never came back to explain the situation. It felt as if customers without reservations were not even worth acknowledging. And we actually had tried calling about twenty minutes before arriving to make a reservation, but no one answered the phone. Terrible service, if you don’t get a chance to make a reservation ahead of time, just don’t go.

ice cream GOOD
The atmosphere was beautiful honestly. The food was ok but the service was horrible. Me and my boyfriend have waiting about 15 minutes to be sit to a place . We ask to a girl to change table because i cant sit in a chair without backing my back . She was very arrogant. My last plates was missing and waiting about 15 minutes for the chicken . Never come again sorry
Best all you can eat sushi in mtl, my personal faves are the pork ribs and salmon sashimi, I enjoyed my experience and I will definitely go back when I have the chance. Price is within the average range for an AYCE sushi in mtl and quality is outstanding
For the high price and under the guise of “all you can eat” I would have preferred to get what was ordered. The servers and kitchen staff did not make this happen. They brought about half of the correct options. Unfortunately the food was very good but getting the wrong orders and being offered no compensation or even admitting fault at the end of the night ruins any chance of returning or recommending this place to anyone
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. From the moment we walked in, the owner’s attitude was cold, dismissive and unnecessarily aggressive. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt like we were bothering her just by being there. Simple questions were met with eye rolling and sarcastic responses. Running a restaurant is stressful, I get it. But there is absolutely no excuse for speaking to customers with disrespect and hostility. Hospitality is part of the business. If you clearly hate dealing with people, this is the wrong industry and you should let your team run the place. The food was decent, but no meal is worth being treated like an inconvenience. I will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy.
The food was really good and everything tasted fresh. The service was decent and the place itself was nice. However, I didn’t like that the tip was forced and there was no option to change the amount. I believe tipping should be up to the customer, and being unable to adjust it left a bad impression. Overall, good food, but the mandatory tip policy is something to be aware of.
The food was ok… but the service was horrible. First of all, they kept messing up & forgetting about our order.Second of all, they dropped our sushi and they didn’t replaced the missing pieces,Lastly, when we finished eating they were rushing us to pay and she was giving us attitude for not giving her a lot of tips.It was a completely terrible experience for us.
Food was very average compared to other AYCE places. Lots of sauces on all their sushi making it very heavy
Quality of the food is not there and similar to a buffet.
Best all you can eat I went in Montreal, their Thai shrimp is amazing and the service was also good
Service is so bad itold them ifound a hair in the sushi and ishowed them they offer me a 10% discount when i went to pay they told me no we dont have discount I do not recommend
The waitress was not very friendly, she was dry and we felt like we were bothering her. Food is good but her attitude was not the best. I work in restauration and I smile at the clients AT LEAST. Food was good. She even said we can't pay in cash and card... I had cash in my purse she said you can use it as a tip....... anyways
Very small place, with slow service on a Monday evening. There were a couple of unique foods such as dessert rolls and one bite poke. However, I would have preferred if there were more sashimi options such as tuna or mackerel and more handroll selections. The sushi rolls are very limited with different ingredients than what you would find in a regular sushi restaurant. Overall, the food was ok. There’s not much options compared to other sushi buffets. I would not recommend this place if you want to come to a sushi buffet for sushi and fish.
Really nice place. Food and service was good. I've been to a couple all you can eat buffets, but I like how you can order at this restaurent. Instead of having one tablet per table to order, here each person can scan the QR code and individually order. The app is synced, so we can see what our table was ordering on each of our phones. I felt it was very organized this way.
Good food . Great service. Nice staff Quick and efficient. Cozy. And warm atmosphere All you can eat ,order as you go .(2h) Prices are very fair.
The grilled meat was so flavourful ,it truly had a magical quality.
