Food is amazing, I’ve been going there for a few months but the false advertising got me this time. On their website it clearly says 15$ for a trio and in store they charge 21$ per trio. They also say that this promotion is expired but can’t tell me why it’s still on their website. Only explanation I got is “I don’t have access to give you this price in my system”. I asked if they can compensate with something like a dessert from Lokma but nothing… really disappointed.Also guy at the counter doesn’t speak French.. like come on, you’re in Quebec and it’s an Arabic restaurant

What a joke.The first thing you see when you go on their website is a $15 promotion (see attached). It says at the restaurant only.At the location, they refuse to honour this offer. I was told things about this being an Uber promotion which is plain false if you read the promotion. Even then, it is not ongoing on Uber regardless and never was in the past couple of days.It’s false advertising that got me in their door.It also took me literally 29 minutes from the moment I paid to the moment I received my order, and there were only 3 people in front of me. $19.53 and 29 minutes later for a small, cold sandwich (no trio) is ridiculous.Never again

I ordered rouge poutine. Asked for extra Algerian sauce paid extra. The poutine was cold and tasteless with no Algerian sauce and took ages to be made

I tried it once since 6 years ago and I didn't like at all. I said I'll give it a try another time. I ordered by Uber, this is my last time I'll never ever try this again 🙃 A lot of spices the quantity is not normal. Sandwich too small with some chicken and lot of veggies and not tasty at all.

He couldn't prepare a meal order in 45 minutes. I suggest you change your short-haired chef because he's not working.
