This chain is highly recommended so I was looking forward to my first visit. Very disappointed. Can only compare it St. Hubert locally. Chicken at Benny & Co was very dry and the dipping sauce didn't save it. Fries were grocery store style crinkle cut. Cole slaw was okay. This is a counter service restaurant with almost table service prices - about $2 less than a similar meal at St. Hubert. The kicker: no steel knives! Had to ask twice just to get a wooden take-out knife (first time she gave me a fork), but try cutting dry chicken with a wooden knife.
