I really used to love the chicken place because its got great quality food..but these plates at this price is completely ridiculous now Club sandwhich plate,i removed the mayo brown gravy and coleslaw cups I had 4 bucks of extra potatoes in there too,a 30 dollar plate😬 The staff is really nice tho ill give them that,the lady gave me a credit for next time on the potatoes..but holy,these prices are outrageous for what you actually get

The fundamental issue here is a severe mismatch between visitor volume and available personnel. I observed a massive influx of patrons being handled by a skeleton crew. The employees were visibly stressed and doing their best, but the mathematical reality of the staffing ratio meant everyone received subpar, rushed service. Ownership is clearly prioritizing payroll savings over basic functional capacity.
