I think this is the best breakfast place I’ve ever been to. The service was excellent and incredibly fast—I never had to wait long, and my food arrived in just 5 minutes. My server was Amy. I was especially impressed that I got my decaf coffee in less than 2 minutes, which usually takes a while to brew elsewhere. The menu is so appetizing with creative options; I literally wanted something on every page. I tried the 'Croissantwich' for the first time, and it was delicious. The potatoes were well-seasoned, and the bacon had a unique sweet flavor that paired superbly with the croissant, over-easy egg, and hollandaise sauce. The fruit salad was okay, but since fruit isn't currently in season, that was to be expected. Overall, I am already looking forward to coming back here the next time I visit Quebec!
