We stopped by Saturday afternoon with the kids and were seated right away even though the place was pretty busy, which our two impatient little ones appreciated. The waitress was super patient with our son changing his order twice and still brought the kids' pancakes out fast with a smile. My husband raved about the Croque Florentine while I had the Benny Royale, both came out hot and generous. It's become our go to spot for a relaxed family brunch in Brossard without the long wait we get at other places nearby.

If I could give less than zero that would be the actual evaluation of that restaurant. When I went there yesterday at 10am with 2 friends, the restaurant was not busy; 2-3 tables taken. It took a good 10-15 minutes to have a coffee after I reminded the waitress for a cup of coffee. Then again after a good wait there was the time to order. I asked if they had grilled cheese since I did not see it on the menu. The waitress said yes but it is only the grilled cheese. Means no fruit, or vegetables which was ok with me since I did not have a big petite yesterday morning. Then the orders of my friends came with another waitress that throw the plates in front of them and when they asked if they could have toast she answered yes but you have to pay for it. The highlight of these orders was my grilled cheese which was a not even melted piece of processed cheddar that looks like a piece of plastic between two smallest toast bread even without properly toasted! I sent back the " Grilled cheese". Make a long story short the eggs on my friends plates were not as they asked for, the beacons were so old that were not edible, the whole plates looked really not appealing. My friends ended up not eating that old looking food also. I wish I took pictures of our orders! Now it came the time to pay. Instead of apology I was charged for the coffee $2.99+tax and my friends were charged for their toasts! The only positive about that restaurant was a waitress named Lia or Lina who was feeling supper bad for what was happening. My friends and I will not go back there ever again but I can strongly recommend of not even trying this restaurant. My friends told me that they have been in this Ben and Florentine before (2-3 years ago) and they had very different experience. Yesterday was horrible!

The waitress was very friendly and came to refill our coffees frequently. They had a lot of comfortable booths and the overall ambience of the restaurant was very peaceful and nice. We would definitely go again!

The server with the red nails and brown hair was fantastic. She was so kind both times we came in on our road trip to Montreal, she even recognized us the second time we came in and remembered what we ordered the day before! She gave us personal recommendations on what to do to get the full Montreal experience and even gave us travelling tips on how to get places quicker! The service was so fast with us waiting no longer than 10 minutes both days for our food! This place definitely made our trip better overall! Thank you to this wonderful server! ☺️

Dear reader, on this Mother's Day my experience was moderately bad, a consequence of the terrible organization on the part of the waiting team, from the organization of the line to enter Until the moment I entered the bathroom (which was very dirty) before leaving, the orders were taken incorrectly and the wait exceeded forty minutes.Sadly, the neighboring tables fared even worse, from what we could see; people who had entered long before us never even saw the aroma of their food. Even though my family had already finished eating, the only good thing was that the price didn't exceed one hundred dollars, so the bad experience didn't reach my wallet.And all this is a consequence of poor organization and staff shortages, I hope the manager will now think twice about rejecting a job application from an immigrant or Quebecer on busy days like these.

Great place for brunch, portions are reasonable. Personally I prefer the atmosphere before the renovations, but the new atmosphere isn’t bad. It just feels very corporate-ish, not as cozy as it used to be. Service is slightly slow, especially for drink refills (you can see in the picture that our glasses are all empty except one). Menu is a bit too large and daunting. Food itself is good, benedict is undeniably still their best. I find their skillets a bit underwhelming.
