I have been several times. It is an excellent resto. But this time I noticed that the starter I had was very expensive. piatto di frutti di mare consisted of 1 X scallop, 2 X shrimp, 3 X tiny clams with a creamy sauce. I was very nice but at $22.00 + tax I was disappointed.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Elsa made us feel like the only couple in the restaurant on a pretty busy Friday night. Great food, great service, and great atmosphere! Highly recommended!

We liked Bello so much we returned on our last day in Quebec. Service was amazing - friendly, attentive and fast. Food was excellent, piping hot and delicious (and the bread was superb!). Highly recommend.

Food took 2 hours to arrive at the table. I ordered from the meat menu but was given only a small piece of meat with pasta. Overall it was meh. Overpriced. Only three washroom stalls, so there is always a line even for men. No urinals. Service was very accommodating. But when asked for a paper napkin, it never came.

Food was okay but not surprising. I will recommend the tuna entree and the seafood pasta. The light in the restaurant was quite dark. Space is a little tight, servers were sometimes too busy, you have to call them for help

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could give 10 stars, I would.) Our experience at Bello in Quebec City was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, they made Mother’s Day truly unforgettable for my wife. It started with a thoughtful acknowledgment of the occasion but what followed completely blew us away. Even with our 7-year-old son, we were seated in a beautiful, lively section of the restaurant not tucked away in a corner. That alone spoke volumes. Then came one of the most meaningful touches. They took a Polaroid photo of our family and placed it inside a Mother’s Day card. Such a simple yet incredibly heartfelt gesture that we’ll cherish forever. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was flawless and memorable. But what truly elevated the evening was the service. Our waiter and the maître D treated us like we were the only guests in the restaurant. At one point, my wife was chatting with our waiter about espresso martini flavors, and without hesitation, he surprised her with one on the house. Who does that?! I’m from Montreal, and I’ve never experienced this level of hospitality anywhere in my city. Bello isn’t just a restaurant it’s an experience. I would gladly drive the 3 hours each way just to have dinner here again. Bello, thank you for creating such a special night for my family. We’ll never forget it.

I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant! Apparently it's owned by the same people who own La Buche and La Buchette which we also ate at and loved. The atmosphere for all 3 were very warm and inviting, you can tell a lot of thought went into it. I ordered the rigatoni bolognese and it was fabulous. They make their pasta fresh and the sauce was incredible. The service was great also. My husband got the linguini with clams and also loved his meal. They serve half portions which is helpful for not overeating. I highly recommend all 3 restaurants! Tip: we made reservations in advance and it was needed.

We had lunch at a very nice restaurant in Quebec City, located close to some of the main attractions of Old Quebec, such as Château Frontenac and Terrasse Dufferin, making it a great stop while visiting the historic center. We ordered a margherita pizza and a vegetable soup, and both were very good — simple, well prepared, and flavorful. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, perfect for a quiet lunch break during the day. Overall, a pleasant restaurant in a great location, with good food and a peaceful ambiance.

Fun spot with great food and friendly service. We ordered the fried Parmesan cheese and it did not disappoint! We split a ceasar and both got the small order of pasta. The Bolognese was delicious. Definitely recommend

We enjoyed our delicious pizza, paired with a great red wine from Bello's extensive wine list. The service was excellent during a very busy dinner rush. Can't wait to eat there again.
