Absolutely unacceptable experience. The food quality and portion sizes at this restaurant have gone downhill badly. I ordered the mutton ghee roast biriyani, and it was honestly ridiculous — the bowl was packed with an absurd amount of rice while there was barely any mutton in it. What made it even worse was that the few pieces of mutton they did give were tiny compared to what I received just 2 months ago. The portion difference is extremely noticeable now. I specifically told the server beforehand to make sure there was a proper amount of meat because I’ve already had this issue multiple times recently. Despite mentioning it in advance, today’s order was by far the worst and completely unacceptable. Paying premium prices just to get a mountain of rice and scraps of meat feels like a scam. On top of that, the server kept insisting that i either not tip through the machine or tip in cash because apparently management doesn’t give them their tips if customers pay by card. That alone raises serious concerns about how this business is being operated. Very disappointing overall. Authorities seriously need to look into what kind of practices are going on here.
