Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered food through DoorDash and waited well past the estimated delivery time, only to see the status stuck on “preparing” and “searching for a dasher.” After waiting even longer, I called the restaurant only to be told that a dasher had already picked up the order and ran off with it. What’s worse is the complete lack of responsibility from the restaurant. Instead of contacting DoorDash or remaking the order, they bluntly told me it’s my responsibility to deal with DoorDash, cancel the order, and place a new one. No apology, no effort to fix the issue, nothing. They even admitted this happens frequently, yet they’ve done nothing to improve the situation or support their customers when it does. That’s unacceptable. As a customer, I expect at the very least to be informed and offered a solution, not pushed off to deal with it myself. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here, and it clearly shows they do not care about customer service or accountability.

DISGUSTING SERVICE. They don't take accountability for online orders. They don't even consider taking responsibility for the order. Utter disappointment to talk to them if you order online and don't receive the food.

Quantity reduced drastically for party pack of half tray, serves only 3 people now instead of 6 people. Now giving smaller boxes instead of the old big ones. Disappointed.

Food was fine, tasty and decent portion size, Definitely not authentic like the dum biryani. Couple of things which didn’t go well We had to wait long before someone came to take our order, despite indicating to people that we are ready to order It prioritise the online / take-out orders and made us wait quite long before we were served.

Only go if you really crave extra spicy Indian food. serious test on your spice tolerance (Even by Indian standards.) good luck in the toilet the next day. Most Biriyanis and starters are the same you wont find a lot of difference in taste. And the only feeling you will get is the spice. If the food is extra salty, its mixing with the sweat from your forehead.

If you visit this restaurant, you absolutely have to order the Lamb Korma. The meat was fall-apart tender, and the sauce had a rich, luxurious depth of flavor that was perfectly balanced. It’s easily one of the best versions of this dish I’ve ever had

I wanted to like Bawarchi so bad as I heard good things about it and I was excited to try it. I ordered on uber a chicken tikka masala and I was so disappointed. There was absolutely no pieces of chicken besides 2. More chili and bell pepper than anything. Sucks.

I had eaten here earlier and the food was good, so I came again. But today I ordered haleem and it was the worst I’ve ever had. The texture was very watery, like you had a little haleem and just added water to increase the quantity. It was also cold, which made it even worse. Honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. If the food isn’t good that day, it’s better not to serve it instead of giving customers something like this. You have a good reputation, so don’t ruin it by taking chances like this.I literally ended up wasting $20 on this haleem.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Get the Shahi and Palanadu Biryani, they're DELICIOUS!! Place is always booming, but they don't take reservations (I'm pretty sure), so try to go when there's a seat open! UPDATE: Shahi Chicken Curry combo is BOMB

I ordered Paneer tikka masala, Garlic naan and Malbar parota. The food was really delicious. Perfect amount of spicy and sweet. One of the best curry I have had in Montreal.
