I liked B12 but , i always order ASSIETTE COMBO POULET CROUSTILLANT , at 25 dec 2025 I was very surprised by this one, the chicken pieces were very thin and there were only breadcrumbs. And the fries were very few.

Worst attitude ever from the guy at customer service, 30º celcuis outside and air conditioning was turned off inside the reataurant, soda machine without ice and sodas at weather temperarure. Great meal but worst employees ever!!

The first time I came the staff were so nice and kind. The food was amazing, there was a flavour party in my mouth! The atmosphere is great, it is very delightful. Overall the place is amazing,and it is a go to, for a burger restaurant.

Update: After several take outs and one time eating in, it's a winner and updated to 5 stars🤩. All they need is more parking. The burgers seem resized, the inside was reset and it's busier than any other restaurant in it's category in Laval. Nice work guys. I am sold. That is why every place needs a few tries, to get a good idea when giving honest reviews.

We visited this location why in Montreal for a hockey tournament and couldn't believe how big the portions were and the quality. Wish theh had one in Ontario.

I live in pierrefonds, it's my 3ed visit at this location. i started to come weekly basic. The food was excellent and cashier Minhaaj was really nice and polity and respectful. Am happy to drive 14km just to eat here and especially of service.

Don't get me wrong the size of meals and the concept of the combo is good. But overall for myself way to big. Sometime I find what you might gain in size you might loose in quality. But it is still a great burger. I am just happy you don't see the calories

Had really bad food poisoning after having no.5 smoked meat burger , the bacon was not cooked and it seemed a few days old. I always loved this place for burgers but recently they are turning their customers down with the quality of food.

I was served quickly, the food is good, but it's really big for one person; I feel like there are too many potatoes. They should have other options to accompany it. I liked it, and that's why I recommend it 100%.
