I ordered chicken from this restaurant, and when the food was served, it was completely cold. After taking one bite, I politely informed the staff that the food was cold. Instead of helping, the worker responded in a very disrespectful and insulting way. He mockingly said something like, “Did you have blisters/sores in your mouth or what?” which was extremely rude and unacceptable. After that, he started arguing with me and later told me to “stay quiet and leave.” When I spoke to the manager/boss, he simply replied, “What can I do?” without taking any responsibility for the staff’s behavior or the poor service. Paying money and then getting insulted is unacceptable. I also have proof, including the bill, and the restaurant’s CCTV cameras can verify the incident and timing. The staff at this restaurant treats customers very badly and speaks disrespectfully. My sincere advice is to avoid this place and not support such behavior. Self-respect is more important than food.

The burger size is big ( 6 inch ) , soft bread , full of test , I ordered Oeuf Cheddar , I liked it so much , this is my first time at B12 , good Staff

We waited 35 min for our order, the lady at the counter named Loubna was rude, she kept giving us and other customers dirty looks, she was mean with the employees, I could just tell that the employees were uncomfortable and unhappy. She was the only employee that was unwelcoming, the other were nice.
