2026-03-28 (13h00) Everybody was polite, but the clerk and the cooks were arguing over who should go first: drive-through or in-store clients. It took us twenty minutes to get our order, and everybody looked fed up. Everybody was professional, but a lack of communication skills between the employees made them all look overwhelmed by the situation. I think the problem was a lack of staff on a Saturday evening. This is not my first experience here. And is often extremely slow

Poutine was one of the worst I have ever had. The chicken sandwich was okay but mostly bland. I like the location of this place so visit here often but overall the food has been disappointing. The service is usually fast so that's not an issue.

Solid fast food experience. They provide chilled glasses for your drink (get the rootbeer!), which is a nice touch. Fries, onion rings, and Chipotle mayo sauce were all great. Burger and chicken were fine. Bun was questionable, but we just ate it without.
