I love A&W but.... Your employees touch their phones, touch screens, touch money and don't wash their hands.......man..... it's really a shame.It's my favorite fast food burger place and I'm willing to pay more for quality but all A&W restaurants quality service has really gone down these years.... not worth it anymore.

The bathroom and tables were extremely dirty. They the sausage was undercooked. When you asked for butter the give you on a knife.Weird the staff super friendly.

they didn’t have carbonised drinks, so they just poured fuze tea and like put it to my face without even asking me for replacement, and they said on change? (do you want to change?) mind you i ordered diet coke. the workers attitudes are so unprofessional, and they just ruined my quick meal.

Last week, the manager by the name I. T. with tattoos on her arm, tried to rip me off by applying the full price to my order when I used a valid coupon. When I confronted her, she only gave back the price difference between the subtotal I paid and the amount I should have paid with the coupon. I went back to get the rest of the refund twice, the manager was nowhere to be seen. The employees said that only the manager could issue a refund. Moreover, the black lady who cooked in the back was talking shit to me in French, calling me a trouble maker and called me names. Shame on you, A&W. Avoid this location.

Wrongly located on Google Maps : indicates the university building, 100meters away from the restaurant, wrong side of street. (Bad) customer experience starts here, each of them loosing 10min to find the restaurant
