Came at 3:30 am. Please be aware that they prioritize the drive-thru. There's no signs indicating this and staff don't acknowledge you in the dinning room. Would have appreciated a "hello" or "busy" instead of being ignored.

Tres tres lent au niveau du niaisage entre employé et clientèle Waiting 25 minutes at a drive-thru when it is not busy is absolutely unacceptable. I expect your team to look into this situation, address the lack of efficiency, and ensure that staff demonstrate more professionalism toward customers moving forward. I look forward to hearing how this situation will be improved.

⭐ One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! I had an absolutely terrible experience at this A&W location. We waited 40–50 minutes in the drive-through just to receive our order. We paid for a combo meal, but they still failed to provide the drink that was included in the combo. When we raised our concerns about the excessive waiting time and missing items, instead of addressing the problem professionally, the employee started creating a scene and threatening to call 911 simply because we were recording the experience to document the poor service. To make matters even worse, she eventually called the police, turning a simple customer complaint into an unnecessary confrontation. Customers should be able to complain about poor service and document their experiences without being intimidated or threatened. Extremely disappointing service, unacceptable customer treatment, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Wasted 20 minutes waiting because they didn't have enough staff and they messed up my order, had to wait another 10 minutes to fix it. No compensation, no extras. Terrible service. Not coming again.

Terrible place, went at 5:30 a.m paid 22 for 2 teen burgers which worse than McDonald's 2 dollars cheeseburger,no lettuce or tomato . service was horrible too, the girl serving us refused to change my coffee and at the end they had not put the cream and sugar on the side as I had asked. We felt unwelcome

The lady named Pam at the counter was super friendly professional did a great job. Highly recommend her to the management to give her a raise. She is a good representation of amazing services looks like.

Went 3 times at around 2 am to 3 am. Every single time, i order a combo with onion rings. The first time they gave me fries, i said ok might have been a mistake. The second time no fries in the bag. Same lady. Third time i ordered again just to see and added apple pies. I get to the window she repeats my order but says with fries, i correct her. I wait 10 min. She hands me the bag… a burger with fries and no apple pies. I walk inside and tell her that isnt my order. She replies ya i gave you fries !? At this point it isnt a mistake. I ask where the apple pies were, she states she didnt charge me for them. I tell her she repeated my order !? She says that if i want some i can buy them. SAME LADY. At this point its nonesensical ? PS. Asked for no tomatoes each time…. Tomatoes were given everytime.

Despite there being very few customers, the order took 20 minutes to prepare, and even after it was ready, I had to wait a few more minutes to actually receive it! The person preparing the food wasn't wearing gloves—they were just using their bare hands.

Really disappointing experience. A lot of the food items were sold out, and the only drinks available were soda. Most of the sauces were also completely out of stock, and there weren’t even any napkins available. For an A&W, this was honestly not acceptable. The restaurant should be properly stocked, especially with basic things like sauces and napkins. Definitely not the experience I expected.

I ordered from drive through and the girl who took my order was very rude while taking the order as well as when she was giving the order , the lid of the cup was not properly sealed and it fell down on my hands. She was giving me the unnecessary attitude and even rolled her eyes in a very rude way.

I had a disappointing experience at A&W. A staff member named Raman refused to let us use the washroom, stating that it was being cleaned and that we were not allowed to use it. While I understand that cleaning is necessary, customers should be treated with consideration and provided with a reasonable alternative or explanation. The interaction felt unwelcoming, and it negatively affected our visit. I hope management reviews this situation and ensures better customer service in the future.

Had the smash burger is was not great..salty and condiments were missing no salade or tomatoes...just pickles..if you want a good smash Burger go to Byrdhouse its fantastic

Ac doesn't work. The roof was leaking. Drinks were very watery. Employee kicked us out for not sitting straight when we were on our phones. It also took them a very long time to prepare our order.
