I love this place! I visit here often, and the service and food are always top-notch. The staff is friendly and welcoming every time. Especially Albert — he provides excellent service and always makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this has been happening consistently enough that I feel it needs to be said. Every time I order from this A&W through Uber Eats or DoorDash, I pay for dipping sauces on the side and it’s missing from my order. At first I assumed it was a one-time mistake, but after multiple orders with the same issue, it starts to feel like a lack of attention to delivery orders. I understand that sauces might seem like a small detail, but customers are still paying for them, and when something is missing every single time, it becomes frustrating. I really hope this location improves how they check orders before sending them out, because the food itself is good it’s just disappointing when repeated mistakes keep happening.

My husband and I just got a simple egg and sausage in English muffin, first off the buns were burnt, the second part was my husband had cheese on his egg and sausage when he specifically said he is lactose. I ordered a coffee and asked the cashier if the coffee was fresh.. he full out LIED and told me it was fresh. I took a sip and got a bitter taste in my mouth. Don’t ever believe cashier if they tell you the coffee is fresh. Coffee is essential for a lot of people. Real coffee drinkers can determine if the coffee is fresh or not. Your job is simple. DON’T LIE! Lying will not get you anywhere in life. Ps. Employers don’t give damn about employees, you are replaceable!
