The first time we went we had a good time; second, not so much! We figured it would be a cute little place for a 9am valentines breakfast for two. The restaurant was half empty and we had a reservation but they made us wait 15mins after our res to be seated then pulled a section of a table away from a family about two inchs and sat us there. We nicely asked if it was possible to change tables and they said the 40 empty tables were all reserved despite us also having a reservation. So we spent our valentines breakfast playing with the kids sat basically with us no problem just a bit unaccomadating. Waited a good while for our food and when it arrived it was clear that the pricey dish was not fresh. Fruit was stale and the waffle was clearly days old and dry. The restaurant decor itself is very cute but when we asked and waited and waited for butter for the toast it wasnt until we saw the nice server from our last time coming and asked him did we get it (30mins later and third time asking). The restaurant also offers refills on the potatos i really enjoyed them so i asked for a refill with the server at our table and then after another 20 mins of waiting our server just brought us the bill no potatos. Overall very underwhelming experince which is too bad because the first time we enjoyed it alot. By the time we left at least half the tables were still open

came during the team canada vs team usa game, it was SO much fun! our waiter was a gem, the best i’ve had in a while, i don’t know her name but she had brown hair and a ponytail. the food was great as well! (-:

We went for breakfast at Au Petit Chalet, and it was amazing. The food was delicious, the atmosphere warm and cozy, and the service excellent. Definitely a spot worth visiting when you’re in Quebec City.

Just good. Everything there is médium, the taste of food, the size. The service was good it s a good place for afterworks or hang up with friend with little cost.

Nice place with a great atmosphere. My wife and I visited this week; the burgers were delicious and the service was speedy.

Food, ambience, service, staff and location everything was great. We had to go Old Quebec City and it took us twenty minutes to get there. There is also a location in the area itself so it’s worth checking out there as well. Well renowned restaurants!! 😊
