The team is friendly and welcoming, which I appreciate. However, the food was disappointing. The chicken is not truly grilled—it seems to be pre-boiled and then placed on the grill for just a couple of minutes, which affects the taste and texture. From a management perspective, there are serious issues. Customers are waiting for more than two hours, and the service is extremely slow. Additionally, the offer does not match what is advertised on social media, which is misleading. Overall, while the staff is good, improvements are needed in food quality, service speed, and honesty in promotions.

We arrived 30 minutes before opening on the day of the promotion and still had to wait 1 hour and 50 minutes just to reach the cash. The promotion advertised chicken for $13, but in reality only one item was priced at $13, while the others were at regular price. For families, this meant each person had to order individually to get the promotional price, which was very inconvenient. This detail was never clearly mentioned beforehand. It felt like misleading advertising just to attract customers.

I went there to try their offer, i expected a waiting line but what i did not expect after 2h of waiting outside is waiting for another 20 min inside behind a line that does not move at all...while online orders (Uber eat & doordash) are being served. I went out finally without being served because no one was able to tell how long (more) should we wait. When you make special offers you should STOP receiving online orders and give priority to the clients waiting in front of your place and serve them more quickly.

I had to wait 40 minutes for 2 barely edible shawarma and an astro poulet sticker that I kept out of spite. Zingo and ringo need to enhance their services.

I've tried the restaurant 3 times before writing a review. I liked the astro burger and signature wrap (probably the only item i might reorder). The worst item was the broasted chicken. The chicken was tasteless, no spices, even the fries were moist. Deserves 2/5 for the chicken 3/5 for the burger and 4/5 for the wrap.

We ordered 1 familial , one broasted offer and 1 crispy box: The crispy is okay because the breading was too much for the chicken so we prefered if the chicken was much more than the breading. The broasted is delicious, the spices are good not too spicy so this is very good, but we preferred if the chicken was a bit juicier but overall is so delicious, the garlic sauce is very yummy even the coleslaw, the round potatoes is so delicious as well. Service is very good and atmosphere is nice.

The place is good and clean, nice stuff, I tried their specialty sandwich poulet signature, I found it normale, I like that they chirps it very well, but I was expecting something better as i saw a lot of videos on Instagram about this sandwich. But to be honest didn't try yet their burgers.

Super below average , felt sick afterwards chicken tenders are a joke extremely small pieces of chicken super small broasted pieces. Service on the cashier was amazing super nice and helpful all the staff but the food was very bad. You have good content and visit so many good restaurants as content creators then u serve this food a joke and plus the prices seriously 3 pc 8 pc tenders and a sandwich for 63$ why?

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to say something.The wait time was already excessive, but what made it worse was that the food simply wasn’t worth it. When it finally arrived, it was honestly disgusting. The presentation looked careless, and the smell alone was off-putting. The texture and taste made it even worse — everything felt either overcooked, stale, or poorly prepared. It didn’t taste fresh, and it definitely didn’t taste like it was made with any attention to quality.For the price they charge, the food quality was completely unacceptable. It felt rushed, sloppy, and frankly gross. I couldn’t even finish my meal.The service didn’t do much to improve the situation. No one checked in properly, and there was no sense of urgency despite the long wait.Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience. There are plenty of better places to spend your time and money. I won’t be returning.
