The service was absolutely terrible. After waiting over an hour, my order showed up missing multiple items. When I called, they admitted they already knew about the issue and still told me to deal with Uber instead of fixing their own mistake. I ended up having to drive there myself just to get what I originally paid for. Completely unacceptable. First time ordering from them, and definitely the last. Never again.

The food is good, the signature wrap was a bit dry. The service was bad because of the wait time and also because they weren't efficient at all!!!! They could put the fries on the oil while my chicken got ready but they were talking and chatting with each other instead 😡

Went there to try a burger and their fried chicken and i was honestly disappointed. Knowing that the owners have now few years experience in the restaurant business i had better expectations. Nothing to say about the service, warm welcome and they will accommodate you with their best capabilities but food took time to arrive. We had to wait at least 10-15 min to get our chicken burger that was served cold with cold fries and then another 5 min to get the fried chickens that was hot with hot fries. The chicken burger was cold and it had about 60% chicken then what it should have had, the chicken was inconsistent with parts super slim and tiny and other parts thicker. The dressing and sauces were okay. The crispy fried chickens we're really not living to the expectations. It was tasteless and the crisp was falling to easily from the chicken. Overall i wouldn't go back as there are better options cheaper. Hopefully they work on their food quality quickly as it just opened.

The Fusion burger was delicious. My only point is the bread , I suggest to have a better bread . Order took more than expected, but in General was a good experience and will be back to try the other items

Disgusting food and very bad service they forgot stuff in my order and the chicken was raw and dry, i ordered a chicken and a half it looked like a half it was so small and also ordered a buffalo crunch burger Which was also so disgusting and dry and not even a little bit of sauce in it. Not recommended at all + extremely expensive

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Astro Poulet is AMAZING! I tried their crispy shawarma and honestly it’s one of the best things I’ve had in Montreal. The flavor, the crunch, the seasoning everything is perfect. You can really tell they put effort and love into their food. The portions are super generous, the staff is friendly, and the place has such good vibes. If you’re looking for something unique and delicious, especially their crispy shawarma (the first of its kind in Montreal!), you need to try this spot. Highly recommend! 🙌🔥

One of the best chicken burger & chicken strip spots in Montreal 🍔🍗 Everything tastes super fresh, the portions are huge, and you really get your money’s worth. The place is extremely clean, and the staff are so kind, smiling, and welcoming. You can feel the quality from the first bite. Highly recommend if you love good food and great service 👌✨

It was our first time, our first impression was ok until we approached the cash counter for ordering. You feel the cashiers not fully informed about what is most popular then after we ordered and sat around the table; someone called us to say that one of the meal will take 15 minutes to ready !!!!!! As if we can cancel it if we want. We did not like this approach. And later, the food was coming one after another because we were 5 people, so some was eating while others watching. One of the dishes was the fried chicken, it came to us without sauces so we had to ask for garlic and it should come at least with 1 bun. No value for money.

Extremely disappointed. The wait time was way too long for fast food, and what we finally received was unacceptable. The chicken was undercooked, which is honestly concerning from a food safety standpoint. On top of that, the taste was disgusting no flavor, poorly seasoned, and not enjoyable at all. The portions are very small, especially considering the high prices. You expect at least decent quality when you’re paying that much, but this was nowhere near worth it. Overall, expensive, slow, and bad food. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

We went on a Sunday first of all it’s definitely over priced the food we received after a long wait was cold really cold, definitely the burger buns were not fresh most of the sauces are very soft shouldn’t be the case for burgers the breadcrumbs for the broasted chicken is too thick we were 5 adults and 2 kids wasn’t a nice experience unfortunately

Terrible experience. The chicken seasoning tasted weird and unpleasant, the chicken and fries were both overly oily yet dry, and the food felt like it was fried in old oil. On top of that, some employees had a very bad attitude. Definitely not coming back.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The fried chicken appeared to be undercooked and did not meet basic quality standards. Given the high prices, the overall value was not justified. I expected a higher level of quality for the cost and would not recommend this restaurant based on my visit.

Chicken was cooked to perfection. Amazing service. Our second time here, I noticed however that spices are less powerful on the chicken due to some reviews… this is not KFC type of fried chicken. Arab cuisine adds more spices and flavours like it was being served on opening day.

Astro poulet Laval offers fried chicken that’s different from typical broasted chicken.I did a take out of the chicken tenders and the OG burger and drove 40 min home before eating it and it was still very good and full of flavor. It has its own unique taste, well seasoned and very flavourful. The caesar salad is also very good. Nevermind those reviews about the place being dirty because the staffs were cleaning it the whole time. A great spot for a tasty and satisfying meal highly recommended, I’m coming back really soon!
