My new go to spot!! The food was amazing and fresh, you can really taste all of the clean ingredients. The meatballs were nice and tender with amazing flavour! The staff and atmosphere was amazing as well, I will forsure being going back!

First experience at Adelina. I had rigatoni with bolognese sauce and meatballs. Pasta and bolognese were good. I wish I could say the same about the meatballs. They were way too dry, no moisture and no taste. I had a piece of focaccia that was not fresh, too dry. An employee, maybe the manager, asked how I liked it. She offered me to reheat the focaccia. It wasn’t as bad but still not fresh. I just felt she put one in the microwave with a bit of oil on it. I had a cannoli for dessert. It was just ok, cannoli was nice and fresh but the filling was very average. We’re far away from Lafronaie Cannoli’s. I will certainly give them another try, but they need to improve their meatballs and focaccia for sure. Service was nice and efficient.

But you're absolutely right about the meatballs and focaccia, that's not the experience we want to offer, and we're genuinely sorry it fell short. I did my best to make it right in the moment by reheating the focaccia on a pan with a bit of oil to bring some moisture back, as it had been made in the morning. I'm sad to hear it still didn't quite get there... We're still in our early days and working hard every day to get every detail right. We got the Pollo Alfredo and Lauretta and both were delicious! The meatball as well was good. The flavors were there. You also have the option to add toppings or create your own pasta bowl which is really nice. It's made fresh and you can taste it. The staff is super nice and made sure the order was properly made. Would definitely go back!

Just tried Adelina for the first time and it definitely exceeded expectations. The restaurant itself is absolutely impeccable, incredibly clean, organized, and well maintained. You can tell right away that they take pride in the place, which honestly makes a huge difference in the overall experience. The staff was professional, welcoming, and very helpful in explaining the menu, which is refreshingly simple and easy to navigate. The food was delicious, flavorful, and clearly made with care. This spot was long overdue for the area and I’m really glad it finally opened nearby. First experience was excellent and definitely not our last. Looking forward to going back again soon.

Great new pasta place in the Dix30 area. We loved the fact that you can make your own pasta or choose from their selection. Pastas are made fresh daily and it shows, perfectly al dente and great sauces. Our fave was definitely The Lauretta with extra meatballs (a must!!). Also get the tiramisu, it's delicious!

Love the new location! I ordered my favourite fresh pasta dish at Adelina’s: rigatoni, marinara sauce, spicy rep pepper oil, a scoop of ricotta and plenty of Parmesan cheese. The pasta was cooked to perfection and tossed in the parm wheel. Staff was super friendly. Will be back soon!

Adelina Pasta Bar is officially my new go-to spot at DIX30. You can really tell the pasta is made fresh. Even with the generous portions, I didn’t feel extremely bloated afterward, which usually happens to me when I eat pasta. The rosé sauce was top 2 — and not 2 — in Montreal. Seriously, it was that good. The atmosphere inside is warm and welcoming, and the staff was super friendly. I even had the privilege of having the owner cook my meal, which made the experience feel even more special. Amazing food, great service, and a place I’ll definitely be coming back to. Keep up the great work!
