Did a quick order on Uber of their Pollo Alfredo. I agree that the pasta/sauce ratio is a bit off. However, I can tell the pasta was fresh and still very delicious. I will need to pass by in person!

First of all, you should go try this place! Just for the smell!! Pastas are fresh. They did put too much, they got stuck together and was a little mess when trying to mix. There was barely any sauce, had to add cream and butter. Sauce does taste good! And chicken is precook but still yum. My not would be less pasta and more sauce. I will have to try other stuff they make :) I'm writing this hoping next time it'll be better and i will of course change my review. Keep the good work!!

We went yesterday and the place is gorgeous! The staff is nice and you can tell that they just opened: a bit of confusions with the orders but nothing too drastic. When we got our order, the rigatoni were way undercooked. It was not el dente at all. Lucky for us, we ate at the restaurant and the staff was super kind and remade our order. Their bolognese sauce and meatball are very delicious. The pasta alla nona was disappointing. The rosée sauce was bland and underwhelming. The sauce didnt stick to the pasta, a bit watery. Love the concept, love that you can have the pasta swimming in a wheel of Parmesan but as a huge fan of lulu pasta bar, this wasn’t it. But i would give it another try. It really has great potential!

Thank you for offering gluten-free options! It makes such a difference and is really appreciated, the alfredo sauce was so delicious. Staff is very friendly as well. Highly recommended and since it's a new business in the area, good luck 😊

All of their staff are rude. I waited 20 minutes for an Uber Eats order, and then they told me they wouldn’t prepare it and told me to leave. Their staff are not professional.

Hi Khaliq - I am the one you spoke to and I informed you of realistic wait times as we were managing a high volume of orders as a newly opened restaurant. At no point were you told your order would not be prepared, it was actively being made when you decided to leave. We're sorry the experience felt frustrating, but we hope you understand how impactful an inaccurate review can be on a new small business and its hardworking staff. You canceled the order, and the client had to re-order with us, for a new driver to come.

Amazing experience from taking my order to the quality of the food. Everyone is so nice and warm, it feels like you’re in your Italian grandma’s kitchen. Really delicious pasta, the new Alfredo sauce is amazing. A bit pricier than Lulu’s but I prefer Adelina tbh. 9.8/10 will be going back.

I don’t want to knock the business down since it just opened one day ago but I kind left disappointed from my meal: bolognese sauce is too sweet and really wasn’t fan of the meatball. I can’t pinpoint the issue with it, but I do like the meatball at Bevo in the old port better. Overall it’s a bit more expensive than Lulu but I preferred my experience over there in the Griffintown. I would give it another chance but not soon.
